The Bored Immortal Became a Teacher

1,000 Years Ago... The Earth was shaken and evolved into a much more dangerous Place. The Earth got larger by twice its size, but the Portals suddenly appeared in front of the Human Being that reduced their Population to 40% left, but hope was almost lost. They have been granted one more time to survive, a System was brought to everyone that they can use to evolve and get stronger. A Hero suddenly came upon them that slaughtered all of the Monsters that came out of the Portal. She was then given the title, "The Primordial Goddess of Death". She was given that title as no one knew her face or name, the only thing that they remember about her is her Dazzling Black hair that was dancing through the wind as she kills all the monsters, while her Scythe was dripping with Blood. 1,000 years have passed since, and new Heroes were born because of the Prestigious School that helps students to become Aspiring Hero just like "The Primordial Goddess of Death". "Ahhh... I'm bored as hell, should I go into one of my Academies and be a teacher?" A.N Sorry for the inconvenience, I might actually add Romance to the story, but that would probably in the middle part of the Story. Not Worthy of a Grade

After 10 minutes have passed, all of the students approached Mio and announced that they are done analyzing the Magic Circle and that they are ready to do the test. This announcement made Mio open her eyes and look at all of them with emotionless eyes, she then stood up without saying anything and got closer to the Magic Circle that she drew, and seeing that nothing has changed she tasked all of them to stand in one line to start the test.

"Alright, since all of you are done. I hope all of you can impress me, I'm expecting that more than half of you can pass this basic Test." Mio said with a slight smile as she now let all of them have the chance to show off what have they learned in this short time. But her words created a ruckus in them causing them to be anxious and nervous, it seems that their new teacher was expecting something great from them if she thinks that more than half of them can succeed in making a Fire with the Magic Circle prepared by Mio.

"Then I'll go first if all of you don't mind." Nakamura Chitose said in a cold tone and without waiting for anyone to answer her, she was already in front of the Magic Circle. She was the most proficient Support Class Mage in their Class, some could even say that in terms of Magic Prowess, she was not any worse than any of the Attack Class Mage (Heavy Damage) which was the Class President, Liao Xi.

"Yeah, it's no problem! You can go first!" Liao Xi who was in front didn't stop her, she already knew what kind of person Chitosen was, so she just let her do what she wants. Plus seeing her go first can also be beneficial for all of them. They would be able to learn something from her even if she fails or succeeded, it would all be the same, they can learn something and maybe even take advantage of that.

"Here I go then…" Chitose took a deep breath before placing her hand on the Circle and closed her eyes to fully immerse herself in passing the test. As she opened them, everyone saw a fire lit up in her eyes as she started already.

Slowly, the runes that are in the Magic Circle begin to light up one by one and because there are quite a few written on there, it took a few minutes for all of them to completely light up, and seeing this, Mio was pleasantly surprised. It seems that the time that she gave them to analyze the Magic Circle was more than for them to understand it and she's not going to lie that she underestimated them, but it looks like she was wrong. There was more to these students than just being a pushover.

Sweat begins to form on Chitose's forehead and her breathing got faster, but even so, she didn't stop and continued to activate the Runes around the Circle. After observing it, they concluded that the Runes around the Circle must be awakened first before they can inject Mana inside, if they do not do this part, it can potentially explode, well that is at least the theory that they came up with. Precisely it was Liao Xi, Chitose, and Sana who came up with that theory after seeing all the Runes on it.

And it didn't take long for the Runes to completely light up and it was finally time for her to truly activate the Magic Circle to create a Fire, and once she does she will pass the Test.

"Nice! Now you just need to put in a steady amount of Mana and you're done, Chitose!" Liao Xi cheered as soon as she saw that she was almost done with her test, she can't help but feel proud at this moment. Soon after, everyone followed and cheered for her to complete the test with perfect marks. As for Mio, she was simply looking at all of them with her emotionless and calm eyes, not even caring if they were loud or not.

"I did it!" Chitose smiled in response as the previously cold expression she had completely melted as a bright expression came to her face she cannot be more happy right now, she wouldn't even expect herself to be so happy after seeing Fire burn in front of her like this. This will probably be the only time where she would be so happy to see such a scene in all her life.

"Good, alright. Nakamura Chitose passes with a 90% overall grade." Mio said with a smile as she announces what grade Chitose got and her words made all of them stunned because they felt like from her actions, she should have gotten a perfect grade.

"I know what all of you are thinking, but she only got 90%, and I think she even knows the reason why she only got 90%. I was only thinking of giving her an 85%, but because she quickly noticed her mistake and fixed it, I gave her a 90. How about you, Chitose, do you disagree with my grading of you?" Mio explained lightly as she then looks at Chitose and asked for her answer.

"I… I agree with the teacher's grading. I actually made a mistake when activating the runes which almost destroy one of the Runes and if that happened, I will surely fail immediately. But I managed to stabilize it, so I don't find mind having a 90, I even find it a little high of a grade for what I did…" Chitose said in a solemn tone as she completely agrees with her teacher and hearing that she should have a lower grade than 90 made some of them freeze because that just really shows how hard it was to pass. But that won't let get the best of them, even if it was going to be hard, they are still going to try their best.
