Scorpios had children in other districts that were taken from them, so Scorpios feared that Scorpio ♏ People would just slaughter anyone from another district; this was horrifying to Scorpio Parents whose children didn't live with them.

Basura was afraid of the prospect of war having to be done.

Basura went into the room of the altar of God AKA Jesus Christ.

This altar was built into her new Castle once she joined the Scorpio District and she had made it illegal to kill Christians in the Scorpio District to protect them.

Basura didn't know what she must do.

Basura knew she had to stop them, but she just didn't know what to do.

Basura did not decide on war, but a truce with the Pisces ♓ & ♒ Aquarius Districts & prayed that God would help her, shaking & Crying that he may not do so because no one wanted war.

So, God granted her a truce with the other District States.
