1 Chapter 1 - The Beginning

When i open my eyes, what lay in front of me is an dark forest filled with tall big trees.

'the heck, this is not in my mind, where is the person said that the first thing i will see is a city' I Niev, a college student

is in a big problem.

'this is crazy' how can you expect for a weak student to survive in the forest.

"sign" "I first need to get out of here"

As i walk, i'm remembering how did i get here.

It was a sunny day, i was walking to the bus stop while having a last minute review for the upcoming finals with a sleepy expression. As i was walking a vibration was felt following a much greater vibration. 'an earthquake' i thought.

As i was busy finding a place to hide, a crack appear before me and expand. the ground that i was standing vanish following my scream while i fall. The thought of me dying surface in my mind.

When i was busy screaming, a light condense in front of me taking shape of a woman.

[Whoa, an unlucky person]

It was the woman with a very rude first line.

"Help me!!"

When Niev see the woman he see hope of living. the woman looked at the scene as of it was 'quite' a sight, then she hurriedly fixed her expression.

[Hmn, can you tell what can you recognize me as]

"An very holy person that will save me from dying"

[Almost, I'm the envoy of God. An Angel]

She looked at Niev with 'a matter of fact' expression.

Niev almost cried out 'Can you save me first' but swallowed it because she appearing here means he will not die from falling. To be shocked, the falling feeling is much shocking than an angel showing or much say even if its a dog talking English he will not care just to be saved.

However, his thought took reality too lightly. The so-called Angel next word really took him off-guard.

[Since I don't have much time, I will get straight to the point. you were the last one left on Earth because of your luck.]

Niev's expression became weird. Being last one was something not someone feels glad about.

[Lord God has perceived that a the Earth will be evolving and to prepare for that God send all people to countless worlds. And during the process, you were in the middle of falling.]

And now he was the last one still here on Earth!

His mind become messy. Niev, who manage to adapt to his falling, asked the thing he didn't understand to the so-called Angel.

"What the meaning of Earth is evolving"

[It means that the experience of the Earth is full and it is leveling up to the next level.]

He wanted to retort to the argument like when he was pushed out to the bed while he was having a good dream by his brother, but barely managed to suppress it and asked.

[A higher energy is will flow to Earth called mana. Also peoples will have the right to access a system that record all things, that called Status.]

"That's a very easy to understand explanation"

The Angel have a proud look on her face like ' I'm a very knowledgeable existence'.

Niev much understand it because it like the games of Earth with the status of characters. Then he throw another question.

"Why there need to transport people to different worlds?"

[The mana is a very strong in an evolving world that can make anybody insane, a monster you can prefer. Animals will also evolve with Earth becoming monsters and means you will needed to confront them

Animals adapts faster than you people and that will be your disadvantage from the very start, after the level up of Earth you humans may face extinction. Many worlds can't cope up with it so many humans went extinct so the Lord God think of a solution for them to have a chance of survival]

"So it means for we to adapt to the change, we were transported to different worlds that already have mana?"

[Yes, of course. The people will receive a warm welcome in another world granting them there necessary needs, knowledge there prefer and someone to guide them there. There also people that can't adapt to well, but we can't keep all looking after them. We also have duties.]

That was obvious. They given us the chance to survive, that's enough. Then a question poops on him.

"These monsters, can't we kill them with guns? or bombs?

[Early monsters can be harmed or be killed by those but at the time past, monsters will be immune to it. A monster made up of higher system cannot be killed or even nuclear weapons. So The Lord God transport you all to another worlds.]

The so-called Angel held her chest in arrogance. Then Niev ask a question, a very important question.

"What about me?"

The so-called Angel have a weird expression on her face.

[Umn..... you will also go to another world but....]

Niev have a bad feeling about it

"But?"

[You will go alone, no people of your world will be with you.]

"That's all?"

[The world you will go is much chaotic than the other people that transfer, monster already strong there.]

"Huh?"

[Its means you may be killed, not harm but killed.]

"The heck was that, the others can be easy going but to me I can die there? Why? Transport me the others too."

[Not possible, the free pass is over.]

"Then can I stay here on Earth?"

[No, you will be insane then.]

"I can survive" Niev with a resolute face.

"A Bonus? or a compensation?"

The so-called Angel still have a proud look on her. Niev have the impulse to shout at her but at the last minute stop his thought.

[The Lord God given the humans 10 years for the adaptation period. So please work hard for there, I mean do your best to survive there.]

10 years huh, Niev wish he can survive that time...."sign"

"Why I am the last one?"

[While writing the list of people that will be send to another world, Lord God miss you. Luckily in the end he see you.]

Niev prepare himself to go to the other world.

"What's your name?"

The so-called angel was shock to the sudden question.

[My name is Ela. Enjoy your trip.]

Then Niev close his eyes.
