All countries that were inhabited by other races than human beings were united in a forum named "The Order Of The Three Races".

Recently, the forum considered changing its name to "The Order Of The Four Races" because it just welcomed a new member to the forum -- New Iceland.

While the members were busy with the paperwork and formalities, the Order decided to hold a welcome banquet for New Iceland and at the same time introduce its representative to the representatives from the other member countries. The banquet was to be held in Solaris, one of the prestigious metropolitan towns in Canada. Just like Dominion, it was inhabited by vampires, werewolves, and human beings.

Gregory Hornthorpe, New Iceland's vampire prime minister, answered the invitation. He came with his dear wife, Sveanna Steinfinnurdóttir.

The beautiful couple quickly attracted the attention of all the other representatives, who surrounded them as soon as they made their appearance.
