7 Chapter 7- Meet Luffy, Kill Luffy?

(*A Little side note to you guys, the Luffy in this world will be much different. Stronger, smarter, alcoholic, buffer, taller, sword user, gun user, and more, also he has up to gear 3 already!*)

The execution platform was in the middle of the town, and I watched as Smoker stood at the bottom, warning Luffy about arresting him. Honestly, he looked and was quite pathetic, he smoked way too much, would probably get clapped by anyone in the grand line and myself of course, and he's got no Haki either, what a dumb guy!

Luffy was on top of the execution platform right now, everyone was staring at him, I sighed inwardly and knew my undercover days wouldn't have lasted anyway, I walked into an alleyway and equipped my marine jacket, and walked out then used Geppo to fly up to the execution platform where Luffy stood, I looked down to see Smoker's incredulous face, my only thought was to fight Luffy, evaluate him, then I'll let him go. Smoke began to reach the execution platform now, but I dispelled it with a haki-clad fist. 

Luffy was tall, almost as tall as me, I'd say around 6ft 2, but then again, I got this body through intense training and a little system help, he had a smile on his face, a saber, attached to his belt, yet as he pulled it out it looked more like a scimitar, his other hand steadily gripped a flintlock. He had long jet-black hair, down to his shoulder, and dark eyes with uncertainty looming in their depths. He wore a long red captain's coat and wore no shirt underneath it, but he still wore shorts. 

Luffy didn't wait for anything, he was clearly not one for talking, (*another change*). I stared at the barrel of the flintlock where the bullet had flown out of, I unsheathed Sandai Kitetsu, cracking the bullet open. Knowing this might take a bit of time, I wanted to shorten it as much as possible, so I unsheathed the Nidai Kitetsu too, wasting no time, Luffy charged, stepping under his saber, I slashed, but he was fast, his saber parried the Kitetsu's. Oki-sa Oki-sa no mi, pressure explosion!

Luffy's sword shattered as it experienced the might of the Kitetsu' and the 30x pressure that I just applied to it. "Gomu Gomu no, jet pistol!" I dodged his fist and jumped using the geppo of the execution platform, and Luffy followed, swinging off buildings, eventually, I reached the port which wasn't very busy now due to everyone being at the town center. 

The cursed blades in my hand vibrated, humming for blood, I put my swords behind me in a stance I once learned a long time ago, from a certain someone, I increased the flames on my blades to 30x and my speed too, I propelled myself forwards, leaving a trail of fire, behind me, like the highway to hell. "Gomu Gomu no, Gigant pistol," gear 3 had been activated, I had to evade the punch, still keeping my momentum, as I closed the distance between us, running circles around Luffy, faster and faster, and I could quite literally feel the devil fruit mastery rising, I applied all my power to my speed 50x, running around Luffy swords drawn, I can make it faster though, Oki-sa Oki-sa no mi, Zero Kg, now that I became weightless, my speed would be around SS rank, 100x my original speed. A tornado had started to form, and Luffy, was visibly and audibly in pain as my swords cut through his flesh.

I stopped, deactivating my speed and returning my body to its usual weight/mass, and when I turned around, Luffy was on the floor, sword slashes all around his body, in concentric circles, almost turning Luffy into a solenoid pattern. I grabbed him by the hand and dragged him onto the Merry too, next to where Zoro was lying, what I failed to see, was the crew in front of me, I straightened up and did my hardest death stare. There were lots of murmurs about "Zoro's brother!?" but I silenced them with a clearing of my throat. "I am Marine Commander Ryusaki Shimotsuki, I have le these two go today, but if I ever hear you have caused harm to the citizens of any island or country or place, I will find you and murder you!"

And with that I left. 

(*Hey people it's your friend webnovel author here, sorry about Dragon no being here, but honestly I didn't want to add his sorry ass, besides I only want characters that my character can actually beat, but I promise you there will be better, longer fights along the way!*)
