"Young miss? Is something wrong?" Bai Lu appeared before her after entering the room when she heard the noise inside.

She peeked to her young miss and saw a fallen book on the ground. The young maid thought that her young miss accidentally let go of the book and nothing else. However, the redness of her young miss' face told her that there must be something else.

But as a tactful maid, Bai Lu knew better than to ask her young miss when Lin Xiaofei was glaring at her.

With that just one glare, it was enough to warn Bai Lu not to ask questions.

Bai Lu retreated back to where she stood originally without a word, leaving her young miss to her own world.

After seeing that her personal maid went back outside, Lin Xiaofei released a sigh and was distressed once again. Her mind couldn't stop playing the images of her dreams before her eyes.
