Chapter 28: Helina Lets Her Wolf Out

Harlan turned to Helina in the back of the cab they were taking back to the penthouse. “How about we go have some fun?”

She glanced his way. “What do you mean?”

He leaned closer to her. “Let’s let loose.”

Harlan never turned down an opportunity to let out his wolf nature, so his suggestion was not surprising. She pondered it for a moment. “Where?”

“I know a place,” he said.

“Is it safe?” she asked, glancing at the human driving them.

“Yes. It’s an oasis in the city,” he explained.

She bit her lip, thinking it would be a great stress reliever. “I don’t want to go home yet.”

“Then let’s do it, sis.”
