142 Getting to know each other

With what he said and how relieved he looked when he heard what she said was a joke, Becca was now sure Nicholas would surely be hers. She was sure she would own his heart in no time. 

"Sorry." Becca raised herself on her elbow to look into his eyes. She was supposed to be sorry but it doesn't seem like it, since she was grinning from ear to ear

She shifted away from where she was lying beside him and came to lie on top of him. 

"Now won't you smile for me? I told you it was just a joke but you're still frowning" She said while using her fingers to curve the two corners of his lips upward to form a smile. 

"Now that's better... I just love how your cheeks dimpled when you smile. It's sexy" she said softly. 

"Oh really?..." Nicholas asked while genuinely smiling for her this time, exhibiting the dimples she just admired
