254 Chapter Two Hundred And Fifty-Four: Can't Trust Your Own Son?

Diego was almost out of the door, when he heard his name being called and he felt his heart fall deep in his stomach, but he controlled himself before turning to face his father.

"Where are you going? You know that we can't be seen outside at this tiring time, son." Micheal said, climbing down the stairs to stop at where Diego was in the sitting room.

It was right in the evening, and the crowd around the house has been lessening since yesterday. Everyone was antsy to know what the autopsy result will be, no! Micheal was eager to know who killed his father, because clearly his brother doesn't seem like he was interested in that.

The last thing he needed right now, was that stupid detective blaming Diego for anything that has to do with his mother escaping from prison. His son is the only person he's got right now, he knew how close he was with his mother so he won't be surprised if he had any idea where she was.
