Giovanni sat beside an unconscious Marissa, she's been asleep for a month, leaving him a total mess since after the issue that made her this way. It was all his fault, and in this month that she had been this way, he wasn't himself.

He has taken her out of the country, without any idea of anyone of his family members knowing what was going on between him and her. He has planned this trip for the both of them after their marriage, where she will be safer in his hometown than back at Newyork where the nightmares are.

She's in her second trimester, and her baby bump was now a bit visible. In these days where it was just her being nothing but a sleeping beauty, while he did the work with the help of Doctor Rosalie, who by far was now a friend to him.
