(The episode opens with Leonard and Penny coming down the stairs and they see people holding boxes and run upstairs)

Penny: Seems we will have a new neighbor

Leonard: Hopeful it's somebody kind

Penny: Or somebody geeky

(They see a woman who has long black hair, brown skin, wearing a black shirt with a picture of x-men on it, blue jeans, and white shoes named Kay)

Kay: Oh, do you two live here?

Penny: Yes, I'm Penny

Leonard: And I'm Leonard

Kay: I'm Kay, it's a pleasure to meet you two (runs upstairs)

(The screen shows Sheldon and Amy coming out of their apartment)

Sheldon: I knew I heard footsteps of moving men

Amy: I wondering who could be moving in

Sheldon: Hopefully it's somebody that doesn't have kids because I wouldn't be able to focus on my work and wouldn't able to sleep. Also, hopefully they don't have a dog

(Kay walks up the stairs and see Sheldon and Amy)

Kay (smiles): Hi, I'm Kay

Amy: Hi, I'm Amy

Sheldon: Hello, I'm Sheldon

Kay (gasped): Dr. Sheldon Cooper and Amy Fowler

Sheldon: Yes, are you a fan of our work?

Kay: No, my old roommate was, but I did read some of it

Kay: So, you two are the ones to win the Nobel prize, how amazing, I hope we can get alone (runs upstairs)

Sheldon (enters the apartment): I don't know about her

Amy (enters the apartment): Really, what's wrong about her?

Sheldon: I don't know she seems too peppy

(Kay enters her apartment, all the men are helping put stuff in the boxes away)

Kay (smiles): Thanks everyone

The men (in unison): No problem

Kay (smiles): Those neighbors look interesting, too bad there isn't any single women here

Men #1: You'll find one that's really nice

Kay (smiles): You are right, I always do
