It was on a Tuesday.

Lucia who was seating in her classroom on the first seat was a little bored.

It was now time for their lunch break.

As Lucia doesn't want to head to the school cafeteria alone she had brought her lunch with her and ate it quietly in the classroom.

By now, the classes and corridors had almost emptied as most of the students had gone to the cafeteria.

When she finished eating her breakfast which was Egg fried rice and chicken.

She packed her lunch box into her Lunch bag and put it in her locker along with Her backpack after taking out a maths textbook, a jotter, and a pen.

She then stood up and walked out of the classroom as she headed to the school library.

" Damn you, Ezekiel Chen! How could you have played in the rain yesterday when you knew that there was school today! Now I am left all alone in this school! " Lucia cursed under her breath as she continued walking down the long corridors.

As she wasn't looking to where she was going as her head was down.

She colluded with someone and they both fell to the ground.

As Lucia was on top of the fellow she was protected from the impact of falling to the cemented floor.

" Ouch. " The fellow groaned in pain.

Lucia stood up quickly and immediately apologized to the fellow when she got on her feet.

" Am very sorry. I wasn't looking where I was going. Are you alright? " She asked with worry laced in her voice.

" Damn you! Are you blind! " The fellow cursed as he tried to stand up.

" Let me help you up. " Lucia offered her assistance when she noticed that the fellow was having a hard time standing up.

" No! Don't touch me! " He yelled, opening his eyes with vigilance.

" Okay. " Lucia relented as she pulled her hand back.

" Wait, you? " The guy groaned looking at her with a wide eyes and Lucia did the same too.

" You! " Lucia was stunned.

She remembered him. He was the same guy who had tried to embarrass her at the children's day fair.

" You barged into me intentionally didn't you? " He accused her unjustly.

" Why would I do that? " Lucia asked.

" You! Ouch! " He wailed in pain once again and almost immediately Some teachers rushed to where they are.

" What's going on here? " The headteacher asked.

" It's her. She barged into me intentionally and caused this! " He accused.

" Enough! " The headteacher silenced her.

She obviously believed His words over Lucia's.

" Get the stretcher over here now! " She instructed the men behind her and they soon disappeared and appeared almost with the stretcher.

The guy was carried on the stretcher by the men and was soon taken away to the school clinic.

His wails and cries continued echoing in the hallway as they took him away in the stretcher.

" You come with me! " She ordered Lucia and the latter immediately relented and began following her.

They walked towards the Administrative block and then into the Vice Principal's office.

There, the vice Principal who was a man in his early fifties sat Resting on his leather black chair.

" Good day, Sir. " The headteacher greeted the vice Principal with a bow.

" Good day to you too, Mrs. Irka. So what brings you here? " He asked.

" Well, this girl here Intentionally Injured William Taylor. " The woman said.

" What! How did that happen! What happened between them? "

" Well, William claimed that she intentionally barged Into him in an attempt to take revenge on him for last Time. "

" Last time? What happened last time. "

" I am not sure, Sir but I think they fought before so... "

They were about to release Lucia when high-pitched screams were heard from outside followed by the office door opening with a bang.

" Where is the girl that hurt my son? " Mrs. Taylor screamed.

" Em, Good day Mrs. Taylor. " The vice-principal stood up immediately acknowledging her presence.

" What's good about the day, uh? My precious son was injured by a wretched girl and you are greeting my good day? " She yelled.

" We didn't punish her since she didn't do it intentionally. " He replied.

" What! How could this be?. She intentionally injured my son yet you allowed her to go Scott-free? Are you serious? "

" But Madam she had already apologized. " He defended her.

" I don't care! She has to be punished for what she had done! " She insisted.

" I guess you've forgotten that my family owns 10% shares of this school and you are just an employee here Mr vice Principal! " She said menacingly

" I am very sorry Madam. " He apologized when he realized that she was right.

" Good, it's good that you've known your place. " She said.

Just then the Principal of the school came running into the room.

" Good day, Mrs. Taylor. I just heard from one of the Teachers what transpired. I am very sorry that this had to happen in our school. " He said with a bow.

" Oh, it's good that here, the vice principal here was giving me lectures completely forgetting that he's just an employee. " She said.

" I am sorry about this, Madam. " The Principal said while glaring at the vice principal who cowered in fear.

" Good, I think the girl responsible for this should be punished Don't you think so? " She suggested.

" Of course Ma'am. What do you suggest? " He said fawningly. He knew that he couldn't afford to offend her at all or else he'll probably lose his job.

He couldn't be as dumb as the vice principal to support an unknown girl and risk his job in the process.

" Oh, Since she injured my son, why don't we do the same to her? " She suggested cruelly.

She was determined to take revenge on Lucia for what happened that day.

' What! , This woman is so cruel! Taking revenge on a young girl. If this isn't bullying then what is it? " The vice-principal taught inwardly.
