Menma and Tsunade's Conversation

Root Base,

"Lord Danzo, the traces of our root member has completely disappeared. We can't even find their remains." A root member on his knee spoke with an emotionless tone.

Danzo's eye flashed with anger but he quickly calmed down as he spoke.

"It seems like that kid isn't that easy to control. Not only he killed root members, he also didn't leave any traces."

"I really need to consider whether to make an enemy with him right now. With enough forces, I can't interfere with Tsunade's position as a Hokage. And, if he uses his strength to wipe out roots, it would be hard for me."

Suddenly, a hideous smile appeared on his face.

"Can she still live in the village as a Hokage if her disciple is also killed? Good then, I will wait for her to take the position of Hokage and then I will personally kill that kid."

"Since he can't be used, it would be better to dispose of him. Don't try to fight him right now."

After he gave the orders to the root member, he walked away deeper into the root base.

Next Day,

Menma went on a trip outside the Konoha with his family to enjoy some days off.

He knew that after his teacher returns, he will definitely get too busy with his work and he wouldn't be able to make time for his family.

So, he wanted to spend more time with his family right now.

His father was also turning older compared to six years ago while his mother had completely abandoned her job as a Ninja and focused on raising his sister.

She was also training Karin to be a good housewife even though they weren't even married.

To be exact, Menma didn't know how deeply he feels about Karin. Currently, he liked Karin because of her persistent effort for her love and her beauty as well.

But to be exact, he didn't know what to call this love. So, to find it out, he began to go out on dates with her.

They went to different parts of the Land of Fire and enjoyed every single day as lovebirds.

During this time, Menma also gave her the improved version of Permanent Eight Inner Gates that he had only given to Might Guy and Naruto.

As for its normal version, he also prepared it before.

The improved version not only gives him the power of Eight Inner Gates, Inverse Creation Rebirth, and Strength of the Hundred Seals but also can allow them to use these powers separately.

That means as long as one has enough Chakra control they can use the normal version of Creation Rebirth and Strength of the Hundred Seals.

That's how he was able to use Chakra after completely depleting his Chakra in battle with Naruto.

On the other hand, the simplified version doesn't have this function which was the same version that he planned to use as his contribution to the village.

During this time, he also helped Karin awaken her Adamantine Chains and Kagura Mind Eyes.

He also taught her quite a lot of Healing Jutsu.

After two weeks, they returned to the village. The entire family was back from the vacation. And the first thing they did was celebrate the birthday of his sister.

At this birthday party, he not only invited his teacher who had just returned to the village but also his friends.

During this time, Naruto and Karin also got to talk more about their clan and quickly accepted each other as brother and sister.

So, Menma went from his rival/brother to brother-in-law. Now, their relationship was even greater.

After the party, everyone went home. Menma's father and mother went back to their room with their daughter while Karin went to his room.

Only Menma and Tsunade were left in the living room.

"Hehe! I didn't expect you to get a girlfriend so quickly. Did you forget about Shizune so quickly?" Tsunade chuckled while holding a bottle of wine as she asked.

Menma released a seal around them and sat down.

"Of course not! But, I wasn't sure if I would fall in love with Karin."

"Hearing your tone, it feels like you want to get Shizune as well or do you want to get me as well?"

Tsunade gave him a deep glare as she asked with an irritated tone.

"Let's not talk about it right now! I have something else that I want to talk about." Menma didn't dare to continue talking about love so he quickly changed the topic.

"But, you were right. That kid, he is different. He doesn't just look like my brother but also feels like the one." Tsunade paused for a moment before continuing.

"After all, he is the only one who could still maintain that kind of attitude despite being hated and disgusted by the entire village and even wanting to protect them."

"He is a very kind person." Menma smiled and answered.

"No wonder you always brag about him. Are you trying to be gay?" Tsunade rolled her eyes and asked.

"What? Don't make a joke like that. I am not Saucegay." Menma quickly denied her words and hurriedly shook his head.

"Who is Saucegay?" Tsunade raised her eyes and asked.

"It sounds like Sasuke."

"Exactly!" Menma nodded and continued.

"That's why don't relate me to Sasuke in that manner."

"Alright, alright, so what do you want to talk about?"

"I want to get the position of Assistant Hokage."

Menma spoke with a solemn voice.

As soon as she heard that, Tsunade was silent for a moment. She sighed and said.

"You should know that it is not easy to get that position. Even if you have the strength, you also need to have a lot of contributions for that position. Right now, there will not be any war so it is hard for you to gain any contribution at a fast pace."

As soon as she finished speaking, Menma had already taken out five scrolls that he threw at her.

"Check them out!"

Tsunade suspiciously stared at him and then started opening the scroll. When she opened the first scroll, her eyes widened as she stared at the scroll and then stared back at him, and then stared at the scroll.

"Are you planning on challenging him in the battle? Do you think he would agree?"

"He would. Simply because he doesn't have any choice. If he doesn't agree, then you have the full right to simply take back his roots. I have a way to remove the seal from the root members."

"That means he would be too afraid of leaking his secret so he would've no choice but to agree." Menma smiled and answered.

Tsunade nodded her head and said.

"Indeed! It would be hard but I can use the support from other Jonin and Jiraya to take his roots and force him to battle you. But, are you sure that you can win?"

"I can win." Menma spoke in confidence.

"He should have a lot of trump cards." Tsunade said.

"It doesn't matter. I know everything about him. Not only I am going to win but I am also going to make him lose everything. For a person like him to exist in our village will only decay our village." Menma spoke.

At this moment, Tsunade's expression got serious as she said.

"Although I don't like that guy, he has done a lot for the village. If you don't have enough evidence, don't make any move against him."

"Nope, he has done nothing for the village. In fact, he has done more harm to the village than help it. Don't worry, Teacher! I have already gathered enough intel about him."

"When I expose him, you, Lord Jiraya, and other Jonin would be more excited to kill him," Menma spoke.

"How did you gather information about him? That guy wouldn't leave any information about him that could threaten his position in Konoha."
