1 CHAPTER 1 - I died?

I opened my eyes and saw an unfamiliar ceiling. I looked at my body and realized it wasn't mine.

This body was bigger and fatter than mine.

I got up and looked around, for some reason I was lying on the floor. I was in a practically empty room, there was only a bed and a table.

Looked for a mirror. The room had two doors, I opened one of the doors and saw that it was a hallway.

I opened the other door and found a bathroom.

I walked in and looked at myself in the mirror. My eyes widened at my appearance.

I looked like a boy, my hair was black and, my face was round, matching the rest of my body. My appearance was mediocre.

I had dark marks in my eyes, probably from lack of sleep. My hair was a total mess and my body is saggy.

"What the hell is happening?" I asked out loud.

Suddenly, a white light appeared in front of my eyes. My vision was totally blurred, when I regained my senses, a woman appeared in front of me.

The weirdest thing was where I was. It felt like it was in heaven.

"Hello, I am the Goddess of Reincarnation" said the woman.

She proclaimed herself the Goddess of reincarnation. I was in shock when I heard this, the reason I got into that state was not because I was in the presence of a Goddess.

"I died?"

"Yes, and you were the lucky one who was selected to be reincarnated." She said.

I couldn't believe it. It took me a while to absorb it all.

"How did I die?." I asked.

"They put poison in your food." She said.

Potion? What a fucking way to die.

"Why did they kill me?"

The Goddess sighed and said.

"Isn't it obvious? You were the future successor of one of the biggest mafias in the world. From a very young age you were trained to be the best, as soon as you could take over as boss, you would bring chaos to the underworld." She said .

What she said is true, I already had several plans to expand our dominance in the underworld. A civil war between the country's factions would likely break out in the shadows. Someone must have leaked my plans and in the end they killed me.

"You have done many bad things in your life. If it were up to me, you would never reincarnate. However, the souls that reincarnate are selected by luck. Unfortunately, yours was chosen." She said.

"And I reincarnated in another world?"

"Yes, I used my influence to make you reincarnate in a boy's body. He has a very interesting story." The goddess said. "

"I would love to know why you reincarnated me in this body." I said.

She gave a small smile and approached me. She touched my forehead and said.

"I'll show you the memories of this body."

Suddenly, several images started going through my mind. After a few minutes, it finally stopped.

I felt a cold sweat trickle down my face.

"Do you have the strength to change this fate?" the goddess asked.

In my memoirs, I saw that my name is Richard, everyone calls me Rick.

I have three childhood friends, Ana, Jay and Irina. Rick was always in love with Irina, so much so that he became a licking dog.

Rick's father was very good friends with Irina's father. Both agreed to an arranged marriage between the two.

Rick was extremely happy and Irina didn't agree.

When all four friends entered high school, things got complicated for Rick. Irina was considered one of the three beauties at the school and Rick continued to pursue her. However, his appearance was no big deal.

Jay, on the other hand, was considered the most popular kid in school.

Many students started to bully Rick, he suffered physical and verbal abuse.

This collapsed his self-esteem and left him depressed. This caused Rick to start eating and, consequently, gain weight.

During the three years of high school, Rick suffered. The only thing that kept him from killing himself was the hope of marrying Irina.

Rick worked hard and got a good job. In the end, all that effort went into giving Irina a good life.

Finally, he married her. Obviously, his married life was bad. Irina was against arranged marriage, so their relationship sucked.

In the end, Rick started to live without caring about anything. Until one day, he died in an accident.

Rick died a virgin.

I don't remember him being betrayed or anything like that, at least.

After his death, he had the opportunity to go back in time and change his destiny. However, he didn't have the strength to change his fate and killed himself.

The only problem is that I felt all the negative emotions when I saw the memories.

The Goddess sighed and shook her head.

"Now I'll send you back."

A light enveloped my body. Second before I was sent back, I said.

"Brace yourself, Goddess. When we see each other again, I will make you my wife."

I was sent back before I heard what she said.

I haven't mentioned this before, but the Goddess is a delight. In addition to being hot, she is beautiful.
