28 The Immortals

A week after Atons trauma - namely the shopping trip - Jean Crane sent both of them a message that the temple of mine was buildt and would be revealed today in the evening. At the same time would I announce to the world that I have becomme the guardian god of breston as well as rename it.

Afterwards there would be a party in the lords mansion and I would also receive my own mansion.

Therefore Valyria was allready getting ready preparing our outfits and I took the chance to explore the town on my own.

Whilst walking around I noticed that there were lot's of players. Not only players, there seemed to be an unusual amount of NPC's to.

I knew, that Jean Crane had edvertised this event alot, but I did not know that so many people would come only because Breston wanted to announce somthing.

What Aton did not know, was that the only reason why so many players and NPC's gathered was because the World message about an Angel with the rumors of it awakening in Breston. And one week after that Breston suddenly wanted to make an announcement.

It didn't seem to be a coincidence. Every player wanted to meet the angel and gain a quest while the most of the NPC's wanted to ask the angel for protection.

I was looking around and went to Naras store. I wanted to look at his weapons and also wanted to try out enhancing a weapon. He had told me just yesterday that it was possible to enhance a weapon to make it stronger then it already was. With that in mind I waled into his store and wanted to greet him but I didn't because he was speaking to a customer.

The man was wearing a white set of armour with a red cross in the middle he was wearing a crussader helmet what had to wings on each side and a golden cross in the middle. I couldn't see his face as there was only a small opening in the helmet for the eyes to look threw, but what I did notice, was that I got a temple knights vibe from him.

He was a player but had a holy aura radiating from him.

I was curious to who that person was but before I could ask him about it he left the store in a rush.

,,Oh morning Aton what you here for?'' Nara greeted me as soon as his customer left.

,,Morning Nara who was that person just now?''

,,Oh he was one of the immortale and asked me about the appearance of an angel. I told him that I didn't know where he could finde an angel and he left, I guess to look for it.''

,,What is an immortale?'' I asked as i have never heard this word before.

,,You look young so you might not know this, a immortale is a person who cant die, they get resurected in a church if they do. Many see this as a curse and otherse as a blessing, it depends on who you talk with.''

I straight away knew that Nara meent players as he said the this, as they would simple respawn after dying. But I was wondering why a player was looking for an angel?

But setting that aside I wanted to try enhancing my weapon and asked Nara if he could, but he simple replied that I would firsth need a enhancing stone to do this and depending on the grade of a weapon you would need the same grade enhancing stone.

After hearing this I talked with Nara about where to get enhancing stones and then left as it was time to eat somthing with Valy.
