"Daisy ",Andrea said "I want you to meet Jake. Jake,meet Daisy,my sister ".

Jake smiled and said,"It's a pleasure to meet you,Daisy. You look very much like your sister. She says a lot about you ".His smile was heavenly,like he was Saint.

"She talks about you too,a lot ",Daisy said. "And I know I resemble my sister but she's more beautiful than I am ".

"Yeah,that's true ",Jake agreed. "Daisy,Jake ",Andrea whined girlishly.

Jake was handsome and Andrea was very beautiful. They were a perfect match,Daisy thought. But now,recalling the event,Daisy regretted ever speaking to Jake Watt.She could not blame Andrea,she was blinded by love. But now,Daisy knew better.

"Lina",Daisy called her secretary. "What's on my schedule for next week?".

Lina looked on the tablet and answered,"From Wednesday to Friday you'll be going on a three-day summit - 'The Ecosystem and the Businessman". Daisy rolled her eyes at the last word. Lina obliviously continued,"You'll have to leave on Tuesday and return on Friday. So,your free days are Monday and the weekend ".

"Okay,add this to my schedule. On Monday I will have a meeting with Mr Pern Rack of Pern Rack Group of Companies and Mrs Anne Watt of Pern Rack Hospital. Make sure you contact them.They can meet me at the time and place of their choice but it should be on a Monday ".

"Yes,ma'am ",Lina replied and she left Daisy's office to accomplish the work assigned to her. Daisy looked at her leave and smirked. Who would have thought her high school bully would be her personal secretary?

"Hello,Mr Pern Rack. It is a pleasure to meet you", Daisy greeted. "The feeling's mutual,Miss Staisy Brown",Pern responded,exchanging a handshake.

"Have you heard about the international summit for business personelle?As in owners of businesses?".

"You mean businessmen?",Mr Rack corrected.

"Yeah,sure. Have you heard of it?".

"Which one?".

"The three-day summit on 'The Ecosystem and the Business Personelle?".

"The one in England?Sure.Were you invited?".

"I was wondering if you were invited. I wanted to invite you to this summit ".

"Don't worry,Miss Brown. I've already been invited. What I don't understand is why you want to invite me. You used to disregard me. What happened?".His voice was full of suspicion as was his eyes and feelings.

Daisy had not thought about that. The main reason why she had wanted to invite him was to make it easier for Aislee,his daughter to have an easy chance with Jake. And it was true,she did not really like Pern,but she did not like all her competitors.

"Oh!I wanted to say I'm sorry for all the disrespect I've shown to you. I wanted to make it up to you by inviting you to the summit,so that we can,you know,talk things over ",Daisy answered. "For all you know we might be friends ".

"I highly doubt that ",Mr Pern Rack honestly said. "I think you need something from me ".

"Of course not!",Daisy said in a voice full of feigned shock. "I'm really sorry for the name I gave to you and I want you to forgive me. I promise I'll never ask anything from you. It's a deal".

"What deal?".

"Forgive me and I'll never ask anything from you. I'll rather be helping you,you'll see".

"I still don't trust you ",Mr Pern Rack said. "I think something's up your sleeve. But I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. Let's meet at the summit ".

"Thank you very much,Mr Pern Rack ",said Daisy. "You'll never regret your decision. Even if you regret the outcome ".The last sentence was stated in Daisy's mind.

"Sure,let's order something ",Mr Pern Rack said,his countenance changing to be a cheerful one.

'The name I gave to you '.Daisy remembered and nearly chuckled at the table. During an interview,Daisy,by intention,called Mr Pern Rack by the name Mr Porn Rack. She kept apologising as she kept repeating that name again and again. It was hilarious. #MrPorn was trending on social media for weeks.

"I'll have to hurry. I have an appointment at two".

"And it's one thirty. I think you must get going ",Mr Rack advised.

"I will. Thanks for the meal ",Daisy said feigning gratefulness.

"No problem. You're welcome. We'll meet at the summit ".

"Sure ".

"Bye ",Mr Rack said and waved. Daisy simply waved and got of the restaurant. She had somewhere important to go,somewhere equally important.

"Miss Staisy Brown! ", Mrs Anne Watt exclaimed. "I couldn't actually believe that you actually wanted to see me ".

What was this with the 'actuallies',Daisy thought. But she smiled and said "Yes,I actually wanted to see you. Want anything?".

"No,I'm fine,thanks ",Anne politely refused.

"Okay,let's get down to business,then ",said Daisy. "I heard you are a very hard working and committed doctor. I've even seen you at work myself and I can personally testify that you are one of the most amazing doctors I've ever seen ",Daisy lied smoothly.

Anne was pleasantly surprised. Although she was older than Miss Brown,Miss Brown was a very big businesswoman and Miss Brown,a whole Miss Brown had complimented her. Someone hold her,she thought,she was going to faint. But she controlled herself and simply said "Really?Thanks ".

"So I want to invite you to this summit ",Daisy said and placed the hard green paper on the table and continued "I've highly recommended you to the Head of the Medical Team of this summit and he agrees with me. You should join the medical team ".

Anne was overjoyed but her mood changed. Daisy knew what she was thinking. "Think about the money. Don't worry about Aidan and Zachary ",she said and ended her statement with her last lie to Anne,"You can trust Jake ".

Daisy then left the restaurant leaving Anne wondering,"How did she know?".

They call her Miss Staisy Brown. But she knows she is Daisy Stone: a Daisy flower with a Stone heart.
