Sly's p.o.v
"If you have nothing else to say then please leave," I said to her. She was getting on my nerve and that has nothing to do with my hatred for her.
"You know, Theo would do anything for lady Lara. I have seen this myself," she stated to me. I can tell what she is getting at but I refuse to give her the satisfaction of knowing that her words affect me. She has come here to attack me and I won't let this go, she will get a befitting reply from me.
"Then I am glad that he likes one of his queens," I said making her hurt.
"You shouldn't be too happy about becoming the Zahra of Arcadia. The position is nothing compared to the power that Lady Lara has," she said her statement piqued my interest.
"Oh, how come?" I asked her.
"You know, he has the future prince's favor and heart. And even more, being pregnant with the future heir of Arcadia makes her untouchable," she said. I felt a pang in my chest on hearing her words.
