"Amber's POV"

I sighed squarely after having listened to Zika's narration of Princess Amber's life. She had specified about me being the chosen one.

I wasn't the Mistress they thought I was, my heart had been in turmoil ever since I appeared into this unknown world.

"How could I have ended up here in the first place? If I were dead then is this a reincarnation? Even if I wasn't the case where was Princess Amber soul? Why have I occupied her body? I pondered.

"Mistress we should leave now." Loel's voice disrupted my thoughts, he had gone to a nearby river to draw out water which he stored in a leather bag.

Zika had sent us off with no little than the dazzling gemstone for our protection and survival. We were strictly instructed to use it only when in need.

"Loel I'm so exhausted where can we take shelter, your world is so cold and dark how is there no sunlight in the day?" I inquired in disbelieve, we had been trekking along a narrow path for a while.

The huge trees glowed magically more shockingly their colorful fruits could speak. I had almost jumped out of my skin when an apple called out to me.

"You can have me I'm healthy and ripe Princess Amber." The pink apple chattered.

Apples were in different colors too?? I had opened my mouth in awe.

Notwithstanding this world's weirdness it was beautiful I had to admit.

Loel explained that the whole creatures in the universe knew who I was, The Chosen One next in line to the throne.

All these information at a time became too many to digest.

"Mistress, this is still the border of the Woodlands of Spirits the atmosphere's gloominess is usual and as for the shelter it's right here." He replied to my question.

I stared at him dazedly wondering what he meant by the shelter being right here.

He Stretched forth his arms to the sky, a blue shooting line formed from above redirecting his hands to the ground few meters from where we stood.

The earth beneath our feet vibrated, I trembled in fear it felt as though I was going to sink into an earthquake.

I fell to the ground holding on to it for safety when I turned to look at Loel, he was still upright in his spot. Then behold a beautiful triangular tent came to light as the dust from earlier settled back to the soil.

"Beautiful" I muttered dumbfounded in spite my fright.

"Mistress are you okay?" Loel advanced towards where I was slumped worriedly reaching out his hands to help me up.

"There's more to see inside everything we need to get refreshed is all in." He added

"Who says Magic doesn't exist?" I whispered elatedly rising up hurriedly. I ran into the tent leaving Loel behind.

"Take it easy Mistress so you don't trip." He called out to me indefinitely.

The interior of the tent astonished me, it seemed like a whole mansion had been erected in such a small space.

It had a long staircase leading to multiple rooms, just as in the movies and books where a castle gets discovered inside a little secret doorway. The chandelier illuminated the whole area that it dazzled heavenly, I paced up and down only stopping to observe some fascinating objects closely.

A fountain was right at the center of the tent, the most intriguing part about it was the rainbow-like shaft in the water that flashed across it at intervals.

"Mistress we have to vacate here before midnight I'll wait outside untill when you're done.

Your accessories are placed in the first room amongst the others by the hallway." He announced in a courteous tone bowing slightly he turned to move out of the tent.

"Can we not stay here forever?" I asked mesmerized by this dreamy aboard, I sensed silence. Looking around I realized he had stepped out already.

"So silly Amber ." I scolded myself not able to resonate why I had blurted out the "stay here forever" words.

I guessed an earthling getting charmed was also part of the story line in the books, I mounted on to the staircase sluggishly.

Saving images of this magnificent place in my head, I engraved them into my memory so I could never forget.

I pushed the room's door knob open on reaching the end of the staircase, a silky bed stood in middle of the room it even had tiny decorated windows Wow! I exclaimed, I walked in curiously sighting a mirror.

A mirror? I paused in my steps staring acutely at the average sized mirror hung on the wall, I recollected in a minute flash of my broken mirror pieces back at home.

I calmly looked at my reflection in the mirror caressing the region which had been scarred on my face. It's gone? The scar vanished? My face was beautiful again!

Mixed feeling flowed in my veins I didn't know if I should be overjoyed or burst into tears.

It was a happy sad kind of moment.

I missed home the more but I got my pretty face back thanks to this world.

My golden long hair dropped over my shoulders the curly strands covered my scalp, my blue eyes brightened like the bloom of flowers. I was in a a colorful flowing dress, it's hem had fur, my smooth skin glistened under the ray of lights. I wore ornaments carved out of precious stones.

"How did I get this ravishing?"
