"Can't you be less slick?" Jiang Yanfei gave Muge a reproachful look.

"I'm hungry, Muge," she added, her tone softening.

Upon hearing Jiang Yanfei's words, Muge smiled and immediately picked up his phone. He turned to her and said, "Let's go, I'll take you for breakfast." Upon hearing this, Jiang Yanfei's eyes lit up, and she nodded with a smile. In fact, Muge had intended to cook breakfast for her, but considering that it was their first date, he didn't want to waste the precious time.

This was a privately owned beef noodle restaurant renowned for its delicious food. Muge frequented this place for breakfast and had become quite familiar with the owner. As soon as they got out of the car, they saw the owner smoking outside. Upon seeing Muge, he smiled and said, "Hey, good to see you! You've got a new car, huh?"

"Hello, Mr. Qian. I'm Jiang Yanfei, Muge's girlfriend," Jiang Yanfei greeted the owner.

Mr. Qian smiled and nodded in return. "Hello, Miss Jiang. Please, come inside." He then led Muge and Jiang Yanfei into the restaurant, which was decorated in a rustic style. Mr. Qian escorted them to the second floor, to Muge's usual spot.

At this moment, Muge handed Jiang Yanfei a menu as well.

"It's okay, I'll have the same as you," she said.

"Alright, Mr. Qian, two orders of the usual!" Muge called out.

Mr. Qian nodded and went to the kitchen.

"Muge, I didn't expect you to have such a wide social circle," Jiang Yanfei commented.

"I've come here a few times and chatted with Mr. Qian. We hit it off, so we got to know each other. After all, everyone needs a few friends in this world, right?" Muge replied.

Jiang Yanfei nodded. As someone working in finance, she understood the importance of networking.

Soon, two bowls of beef noodles arrived.

"I'm going to take you to something exciting," Muge said, starting the car and driving towards the outskirts.

"It's a bit of a drive, so you can close your eyes and rest for a bit. I'll wake you up when we get there," Muge said with a smile.

Jiang Yanfei shook her head quickly, "No, I don't want to!"

"Come on, tell me where we're going! I'm curious!" she said, suddenly showing her playful side.
