My Life is Now in Danger Here in the Palace

As the decree was announced all around the empire nyx was in shock. But this decree meant that she could finally return back her power as the empress. She now had total control over all the noble ladies of the gillian empire. Now with the control over the noble ladies she'll be able to make the noble men bow to her will. But she had to be cautious around her husband. She could finally see hyacinths true colors. Today February 28 of this very year after 3 years of axile in Nandi I have been finally reinstated to the imperial Palace. Hyacinth hasn't been acting the same after my brothers wedding hence I should be more careful around him. He is no longer the sweet and noble man I've met but now he reminds me more of my father... I guess that's what being an Emperor can do to a man. Luckily my brother is still the same as before. I'm glad he's been doing well even though I haven't been able to help and guide him. He's married the beautiful princess amaris of the trystia empire. She's so pretty that she might even beat me~ But with jokes aside I'm happy that she's the one he married. I just wish that I could've stayed longer with my brother... But I also feel very bad as I've planted doubts about hyacinth at his very wedding. I shouldn't have done that... But there's nothing I could do-

Before nyx could even finish writing in her journal hyacinth suddenly entered the imperial chambers. Nyx immediately got up and hid her journal...

Nyx: I'm surprised you came. Are you finally sending me back to Nandi? Because if so I've already packed. In addition I have business to attend to back in Nandi.

Hyacinth: Don't play games with me darling. You know very well your not going back to that wretched place.

Nyx: I don't know what you're talking about. If you have something to say then say it.

Hyacinth: I have nothing to say. Is it so bad that I go visit my wife?

Nyx: I told you I didn't want to see you ever again.

Hyacinth: Then why did you agree to go with me to Trystia?

Nyx: Heh... I went there for my brother not for you. My brother suffered a lot because of exile... And I had a right to go there as he himself invited me.

Hyacinth: Feeling guilty for holding a grudge?

Nyx: Yes I held a grudge. But I got over it and understood that he had no choice but not to send me letters. If he did send me letters my father would've killed the both of us.

Hyacinth: Wow such a noble sister.

Nyx: Yes... I am very noble aren't I? But too bad for you my dear. You don't even have a single sibling left.

Hyacinth: You...!

Nyx: Don't test my patience any longer hyacinth. Tell me what you need then leave my chambers!

Hyacinth: Your chambers? As far as I remember this is our chambers.

Nyx: You lost the privilege of entering my chambers after you took a couple mistresses while I was gone.

Hyacinth then suddenly grabs nyx's hands. And pulls her closer and chokes her...

Hyacinth: How dare you! I am the Emperor of this empire and I will not have anyone tell me what to do not even you!

As hyacinth finally comes back to his senses he realises what he's doing and let's nyx go. Nyx was all red and in tears because of being choked. She's almost passed out and her neck had red prints of hyacinths fingers.

Hyacinth: Nyx! I- I'm sorry! I didn't mean t-

Nyx: Get away... Get away...!

Hyacinth: Nyx I'm sorry please! I-i was just a bit upset... I lost my mind please forgive me! I didn't mean to hurt yo-

Nyx: Hyacinth... I'm f-fine... I just want to rest.

Hyacinth: But nyx...!

Nyx: Don't worry I won't tell anyone about this... But please leave I'm tired. Let's talk about this next time.

Hyacinth: But nyx...!

Nyx: Go...

Nyx had trouble breathing... She was in shock that hyacinth would actually try and strangle her out of a fit of rage. She just couldn't believe it anymore. Though she was reinstated and gained back her power it was no longer safe for her to stay in the Palace. She wasn't safe with hyacinth any longer. Now she thought planting doubts to lucious's mind was actually the best decision she's done. But now she just needed more evidence to show lucious of how violent hyacinth has been towards her. So she continued to write it all down...

Hyacinth just strangled me... I am no longer safe in this empire! I need to get out of here as soon as possible. Though I've regained my power my husband now treats me as a threat to his throne. I have to be more careful now. I need lucious by my side now! I need him to help me... He's all I have. I need to send him a letter so he could know my situation...
