Su Ming Yuan helped to pull Ye Qing Xin's chair before he went to the other side.

The waiter came over to their table and left again with their order of food.

There was a brief silence between them as Ye Qing Xin was sweeping her gaze around the cafe. She inhaled a deep breath and sighed at the scent of freshly brewed coffee as well as the baked pastries.

When she looked up again, Ye Qin Xin found that Su Ming Yuan was looking at her.

The tip of her ears turned warmer as Ye Qing Xin caught Su Ming Yuan staring at her.

She let out a cough, hoping that she would not feel awkward around Su Ming Yuan again.

"How was your elder brother?" Su Ming Yuan broke the silence. "Is he doing alright?"

Ye Qing Xin then remembered that she had run into Su Ming Yuan and his grandfather at the hospital the other day and later, he heard that her brother had an argument with her grandfather.
