17 Almost Forgotten about This Man's Existence

"Your fiance, Young Master Jin is here to see you."

Hearing that name surprised her.

Ye Qing Xin thought that she was never going to see her fiance again. She had almost forgotten about this man's existence. If Butler Lu did not announce that Jin Tian Yi was waiting for her, Ye Qing Xin would have thought that she was still a single woman.

"I know. Let me go and change my clothes first," Ye Qing Xin spoke. Seeing that the butler was about to retreat, Ye Qing Xin quickly asked, "Is Xiao Luo around?"

"Eldest Miss, your sister went out with her friends early this morning."

Ruan Xia seemed to be saying something while Jin Tian Yi was listening with an impatient look on his face. Ye Qing Xin stood there to observe their interaction for a while. Then, she coughed lightly to make her presence known.

"Xin Xin." Ruan Xia stood up and walked over to support her daughter.

Jin Tian Yi stood up and gave her a look over. Then, he flashed her a bright smile. "Xin Xin."

"Why are you here?" Ye Qing Xin sauntered towards the sofa leisurely without glancing at her fiance.

The smile on Jin Tian Yi's face froze. He quickly regain his composure and walked over to Ye Qing Xin's side. "Xin Xin, are you angry? I'm sorry. I haven't had the time to visit you."

Ye Qing Xin pursed her lips as she observed Jin Tian Yi. The man might be smiling brightly, but Ye Qing Xin could feel that the smile on his face did not reach his eyes.

Seeing that his fiance was not responding, Jin Tian Yi decided to explain his situation. "Xin Xin, you should know that I have been busy with work. You know my dad. He... He wanted to train me so that I can take over the company. Xin Xin, I promise... after we get married, I will spend my time with you."
