That was, however, until the 'end of the world' occurred. Various people within and outside of the school turned into monsters alongside the rapid mutation and evolution of the myriad once harmless creatures. The entire world was thrown into chaos and all past rules that were written in stone had eroded just like any other monument. This story surrounds one of the students in Delinquent High, by the name of Tamada Koushin.
