I Am Back

"Holy shit!" Alex said with shock in his voice as he looks at a colossal beast that is standing on two legs with spikes running from its head to the tip of the tail. A year has passed since Alex came to this world and started killing monsters to get stronger, and in that time Alex has achieved half immortal stage and learned several techniques like weapon mastery to mastery of magic and laws and various skills.

"Finally, I can leave this place and sleep on a nice and comfy bed" Alex said with a smile.

"Hmph" Cynthia says with an annoyed face as she hears him indirectly dis her fur as he has been sleeping on her fur every night.

Alex who sees that she is annoyed from his comment says to calm her down, "Sorry, I'll make it up to you sometime, you can ask me anything then, but right now I would like to finish this"

After saying that Alex rushes towards to beast with Cynthia following behind and after a few seconds the beast spots them both and opens its mouth and a ball of light appears and shoots towards both of them at an incredible speed, but before it can hit them Alex teleports near the beast and slashes it with a makeshift sword made out of the dragon's he has defeated while Cynthia just dodges the beam and continues running towards the beast.

Alex slashes the beast across the leg making the beast screech out in pain and react with a swipe of its huge paw. Alex seeing the attack coming towards him he teleports right in front of the beasts face and slashes one of its eyes, but before he could hit the eye the wind from the attack before pushed Alex making him have to twist in the air to slash the beasts eye.

The beast screams when Alex slashes its eye and destroys it making the beast even angrier than it was before and then begins slashing at Alex with so much ferociousness that Alex could not even counterattack.

"Your turn, Cynthia" Alex says as he cannot do anything to the beast yet.

Cynthia hearing him she rushes towards the beast and within seconds slashes cover the entire body of the beast making the beast screech in pain, but as the beast is getting attacked Alex loses focus and is slashed by the long sharp claws of the beast.

"Argh" Alex grunted as he had a huge gash across his chest where various scars were from his previous battles as Alex was not able to heal then, but now he can, so Alex started healing right when he fell on the ground a few meters away from the beast.

"Alex!" Cynthia says in worried voice as she sees Alex with a huge gash on his chest, but before she can get close to him the colossal beast swings its other paw and smacks Cynthia away at a great speed and hitting a mountain a couple miles away.

Alex seeing Cynthia get thrown becomes mad at the beast and himself for being so weak as to let this insignificant being toss him and his woman around like a play toy, and so Alex gets up slowly with restrain as even though he is healing the gash is very big and would take a few minutes until it would be back to normal.

"Fuck you" Alex says as he stands up with blood leaking out of the side of his mouth and starts to walk towards the beast and with every step the whole planet reverberates from Alex's power.

As Alex nears the beast, it starts to panic from Alex's unknown power that is surging out of his body and frantically rushes towards Alex to quickly kill him before he could get the chance to kill him, but as the beast is running towards Alex it is met with Alex teleporting right in front of the beasts head and punching him.

The beast is sent flying thousands of feet away from Alex but that is nothing to Alex as he crosses it in only a second and sends millions of punches at the same time at the beast in just a matter of seconds surprising the beast as even it couldn't see Alex's punches and was only able to take them on.

The beast again is launched thousands of feet away from Alex, but this time Alex rushes towards it with the intention to kill it in one blow now and as Alex nears the beast, a katana appears in Alex's hand with the handle and guard being purple with the blade being pure pitch black like the void. As the katana appears in Alex's hand it surprises Alex for a few seconds but he decides to worry about it after he kills the beast, so he takes the mysterious katana and rushes towards the beast with it and in one clean move cuts the head off of the beast, which flies in the air for a few seconds and then lands on the ground with a thud.

"This is an amazing weapon" Alex says with surprise on his face and looks at the blade that is spotless even after slicing the beasts head off. Alex questions in his head if this might be a weapon made from the heavens as it is well built and fits Alex just right with the handle fitting Alex's hand with perfection.

Before Alex could question any further Cynthia walks up to Alex from behind and asks in a worried tone, "Are you okay?"

Alex look over at Cynthia and smiles as he asks, "Yeah, you worried about me?"

"I-I-I-" Cynthia tries to explain herself

Before Cynthia could though Alex interrupts and says, "Thanks, for caring"

Which makes Cynthia shocked for a few seconds, but then says in a small voice, "I always will"

"What was that" Alex says although he could hear her, but he wanted to tease her, and it works as her face turns red.

"I'm going home today" Alex said a few seconds later, "Wanna come with me or stay here" He continues.

"I-I'll come" Cynthia said as she still has not fully recovered from a few seconds ago.

"Okay..oh right there will be another girl there" Alex said to her casually and continued, "Don't hurt her, or you'll be killed". After Alex said that he turns around and makes a portal and enters it, followed by Cynthia.

'How long until Alex is back' Rose thought as she is making popcorn as she is about to watch a movie by herself. 'School is over and I'm the same age as he was when he left and he said that he would come back forever when I turn 18, but Alex is still not here'

Rose walks into the living room with the popcorn, but before she could sit down a portal appears in the living room shocking Rose as she drops the popcorn on the floor and stands there in shock.
