"I believe that you owe me some chess pieces if my memory serves me right"

Sirzechs nods as Grayfia walks over to him and hands him a box. He open them and see a complete set.

*DING!!*

Before he can check what that notification is he heard someone yell his name.

"Yuno!!!"

He turn back as Rias has a ball of energy pointed at him.

"I won't let you go without being punished on what you did to Issei!!"

"Listen here, red head. this happened because your brother here."

He say while pointing to Sirzechs.

"He asked me to lower myself for you I even decided to let him and his maid to join you on protecting yourself and did it fair and square. If your slave got injured in the process then it isn't my fault" he said with a bored tone while shrugging his shoulder.

"Lady Rias, please power down" says Grayfia as she attempted to intervene but it was hopeless.

"*sigh* Since you wish to die so bad, I'll gladly grant it." he said as an sword appeared from his hands and lift it up.

"Come.... MY TREASURES!!"

On command, and overwhelming mana burst out from him as a dozen of blue portals appeared as different weapons that is imbued with a huge amount of mana each pops up.

"What?! What's that.."

Rias couldn't believe her eyes. Kiba could generate sword as well but nothing of this power.

Yuno grin as they look up in horror.

"May your remains entertain me" he said before injecting more mana to the sword as they got ready to launch towards them.

"Yuno!!!"

He look back to Sirzechs.

"What is it?"

"We don't need to cause violence, we can form some alliance can't we?"

Yuno turn back to Rias and glare at her, She looked at him in the eyes. Yuno stop himself on saying 'Who gave you permission to gaze upon me, rabid dog?' as he didn't want another conflict to arise. He still needs their connection as they are one of the most powerful in the underworld, they will be useful for his future plans.

"Alright, I won't fight but keep in mind that you nor your sister owe me, I do as I please. And don't bother me with that alliance of yours, if your attitude is still like that then I even won't consider thinking about your words." he said as he decided to close the portals. But after he close his portals, his eyes twitch for a moment as a flood of memories assault him. He close his eyes and a small smile appeared in his lips that makes the people in his front to question what he is thinking.

"Now that's done, I'll take my leave. And thanks for entertaining me Sirzechs." he said as the small smile in his face is still there before taking his leave.

As he is out of the building he walk towards the parking area and get inside his car. As soon as he get inside, he sigh as he is relieved that he manage to scare them off. He exhausted a lot of his mana to pull that stunt off.

He then chuckle as the smile on his face grew larger.

"I've finally got the memories on how to stop time using my magic haha. And I'll just take a look at my notification later as I need to contact Raynare."

He pull out his phone and dial the contact.

"Hello?"

"Raynare, it's me, any news on the girl?"

"She will be here tomorrow at noon, she will be coming from the north"

"Good, keep doing your job and I'll guarantee, you will be greatly compensated for it."

"I will do.. my king"

He hang up as a smile appears on his face.

'Should I make her join my peerage? It would be interesting that way heh.'

He then start to drove his way to his apartment.

Gas station

A tall, beautiful, and slender woman with light blue hair and blue eyes approaches a gas station as she looks through the window. She didn't show a expression while looking at all the people getting along while eating. She didn't say a word and just sits down and looks out into the sky, wondering if she will find someone who she can get along without getting disgust with her nature and give her love.

Back home

Yuno put his bag on the floor as he wait for the day to end. He then remember what he forgot earlier. He look on his phone as he scroll his contacts and dial the contacts of his parents. After catching up to each other, he sigh in relief when they didn't scold him as they thought that he already made some friends which sadden him a bit when he lied to them saying that, that was the case.

He close his eyes to rest up. He sleep for a couple of hours before waking up. He look at the clock and it's just 1 am. He was about to close his eyes again when his stomach made a naughty sound.

"I didn't ate my dinner."

He got up and check his fridge and saw that there's no cooked food.

"I don't really feel like cooking, if only I had someone else here too... I guess having a lot of power doesn't change the fact that I don't have someone else besides my parents huh?"

'Plus, I've been acting pretty high above everyone. Their fault though, they force me to do it.'

He wore a jacket as he head out to a nearby gas station that has a lot of stores to fetch some food.

"Could buy some ramen or something. Maybe a pizza too? Or maybe a-"

He stop in his tracks as he notice a beautiful and familiar woman sitting down by the gas station door. He can also sense that she is powerful.

They made eye contact and don't break it for a minute. He snap out of it and walk in the store.

He grab some ramen and head to the counter. The cashier scans his items as he look out the door. That woman was still there.

'What the hell is she doing here?! Well whatever, might as well talk to her as I don't have anything to do' he thought as he sigh and tell the cashier that he'll take a couple more ramen. After the cashier bags his items, he head out.

"Hey, want some?"

He offer her a ramen as she looks at it.

"Are you sure you want me to have it?"

"Hn."

She looks at him before looking back at the ramen. She hesitate for a second before she takes it as she thank him. Yuno just nod his head and slowly sit down beside her.

"My name's Yuno"

"*nod* Esdeath"

After greeting each other they just eat their food without saying anything. After an half of an hour of silence, he decide to ask her something that's been on his mind.

"What a woman as beautiful like you doing here all alone at night?"

"Beautiful huh.. *sigh*" She whisper as she sigh

"Hmm? What?"

"Nothing. I'm just here cause I don't have anywhere to go"

"So you don't have anywhere to stay?"

"Something like that, yeah."

"Sorry for asking but, don't you have someone you can call? I'll lend you my phone if you do."

"It's fine. I also don't have anyone I can call"

'Hmm. What to do... Well whatever. Might as well ask her to stay at my home'

"Well if you like, why don't you stay at my place? I live alone and I can also cook a little. Though my place is not big but I can keep you warn on cold nights" 'That's a bit... well I don't have anything else to say'

"Are you sure? You don't really know me well"

"You also didn't know me well. So it's fair. Perhaps... I think..."

"Are you sure you're okay with me staying?"

"Yeah yeah, let's go."

He stand up and stretch his hand to her. She grabs it and lightly put her strength to it, Yuno just squeeze the hell out of her hand and lift her up. They then walk next to each other and arrive at his apartment.

"Where would I sleep?"

"You get the couch, I'll get the be-"

"*cough* I mean, you get the bed and I'll be on the couch." Yuno correct himself fast while nodding as he realize that he needs to be a gentleman to make her comfortable in his place.

"But won't it be uncomfortable for you?"

"Of course it will" he murmured as he slowly lay down on the couch.

Esdeath seems to hear him as she walk towards him before giving him a smile. She reach his hand and started to pull towards the bed.

"Then let's sleep together" she said with a sadistic smile while waiting for his embarrassed expression but was soon her smile twitch when she heard his reply.

"Alright. You have guts to ask and pull me here so I deem you worthy to sleep by my side."

He lay down his bed as he pull Esdeath towards him and hug her. Esdeath was surprised as he is the first one to hug her like that. She struggle for a bit before giving up as his physical strength is overwhelming. She look on his face just to see a similar sadistic smile on his face.

"You seems to enjoy this huh? Rascal." she said as a smile appear on her face.

She didn't know that she is slowly trusting and opening up to him. At first she just want to manipulate him as he look handsome and didn't show much emotion. She just want to know what kind of expression he will show if he is in pain. But now she easily forgot about her intention as she just want to feel the warm of his embrace.

"Heh. You bet"

"Tch. Goodnight"

"*chuckles* Goodnight"

Esdeath also close her eyes and snuggle to his embrace a bit before they drift to dreamland while hugging each other.
