1 Blessed with a system
In the divine space...
"Where am I?" Vishal asked to himself. His life flashed in his eyes. All his life he has hunted down criminals and terrorists because he lost his loved ones to crime.
"Welcome to the god's divine space." An entity which is a white round ball took the shape of a human.
Vishal sensed the power emanating from the entity and understood that it is a powerful being.
"I am the supreme being which rules all existence." said the form.
"So I am here to be judged for my crimes?" asked Vishal as he got ready to be punished.
"You're not entirely wrong in what you have done on earth. You never took an innocent life and only took contracts which killed criminals.
I won't say completely that killing is wrong because gods have killed too." said the supreme being.
Vishal felt grateful to thos words in his soul form. No one has ever said those words to him in his previous life. He felt peaceful.
"I can't completely blame you because losing your loved ones to crime has set you on this path. The system denied justice for you and your family.
You took the path on what is right and went on it even though you had to get blood on your hands. You never took the contracts which would harm innocents but you never showed mercy to the criminals." said the supreme being.
"If you're talking about second chances, I know that I did wrong when it comes to some criminals." said Vishal.
The entity looked at him with a happy gaze and said "Yes. But it doesn't mean your way is wrong."
"Due to saving nearly 200000 people from criminals and other entities your positive karma overwhelms the negative karma you have accumulated over time.
So, you can choose to go to heaven or get reborn or reincarnate into new body in another world." said the being.
Vishal felt conflicted. "But I have a proposal." said the being.
Vishal looked at the being and waited for the answer.
"You might have already read dc comics, right?" asked the being.
"Yes. Those irritating heroes who are hypocrites to the core." said Vishal irritatedly.
The being smiled and asked "Why are they hypocrites?"
"I can understand their no killing rule but it doesn't mean they can force their opinion on others. Thos guys if given a option of choosing to save an innocent or choosing to save a criminal like joker. They would choose joker without hesitation to show that they are better than them.
I don't even understand why they even compare themselves to a psychopath like joker." said Vishal with sarcasm.
The being laughed heartily on hearing those words and said "That's a good one."
"I want you to transmigrate into dc universe and bring justice to innocents and bring true change." said the being.
Vishal thought for a while and smiled. The reason for the smile is because he can continue wiping out crime as he did in previous life. He knows the dangers in that universe but he is not afraid.
"I understand that there are powerhouses like anti monitor darkseid, manhattan and spectre etc in that omniverse. Sending you there without any benefits would be my folly. I am doing this because presence answers to me." said the being.
Vishal was startled on hearing those words. "Giving free will and leaving them to their machinations is a small mistake he committed.
There should be someone to put the beings of the omniverse in check from time to time." said the being.
"You will be the guy who will put things back and bring normalcy to the dc universe." said the being.
"What is happening? Why are you asking me to be your champion?" asked Vishal.
"Due to high negative karma accumulated in that universe, the cosmic scale has become unbalanced. There is a lot of destruction going on in those universes as the evil has become dominant due to the inefficiency of heroes methods." replied the being.
"But I can't fight those things in the turbulent times as they can crush me like a bug." said Vishal.
I know. That is why I want to send you into a time before the disasters have occurred so you can change the future. The speed force has become erratic and the flash could not change the future." said the being.
"I want you to do what you have done on earth. Save the innocents and wipe out evil." said the being.
A grin appeared on Vishal. Even his soul form felt energized. "I will accept it on condition that I get powers to deal with threats in my own way." said Vishal.
"Of course. There are 4 four wishes. I cannot give you reality or space waarping powers due to the inherent dangers." said the being.
"I don't need them. My first wish is to have a system with SSS rank luck." said Vishal.
"Granted. State your second wish."
"Need God level magic skills." said Vishal.
"It's easy. Granted.
"My third wish is God level martial arts with application of Qi."
"I can't give it at a god level but I'll grant Demi God level."
"Thank you."
"What's your final wish. Choose carefully."
"Demi God level Business and Medical skills."
"Granted."
"I hope you change the fate of that omniverse. The balance rests in your hands. I'll be watching you." said the being and lifted the hands and everything turned blurry.
In Gotham, Crime Alley, In a small apartment....
A boy 6 years old woke up. "Huff* Huff*" he panted.
He looked at the small apartment with a living room and bathroom with a dining table at the corner of the room.
There are rats moving at the edges of the house. Vishal checked his hands and found them small and he went to the mirror in the bathroom and saw a small boy with a scar on his cheek.
"Well better than a small baby." shrugged Vishal. Slowly the memories of the boy appeared in his head.
"The guy's name is Vishal too. His father Ravindra works in Olive Valley restaurant. They used to live near Gotham harbor. His mother Leela was killed 2 Years ago by Black Mask and his goons because his father could not pay back the money he borrowed due to his sister being ill at that time.
Of course Batman caught Black Mask and police assured that Justice will be done, but only after two days Black Mask and his men happily came out on bail. That was the day he lost a bit of faith on the justice system.
Nearly 2 months ago Mad hatter escaped from Arkham asylum and abducted his big sister Devi who was just ten years old and raped her. She could not live in shame and committed suicide.
The same drama happened again. Batman captures and throws him in Arkham and Police assure that Justice will be done."
Vishal scoffed. They would have left the city if they had enough money. The prices in Metropolis and other places are too high.
Vishal sensed the anger and desperation of the body. He wanted to avenge his mother and sister but was helpless. From the memories he saw the lives of the people of crime alley and felt that things definitely need to change.
The children should not become criminals due to the homelessness and lack of money. "I will change things. I will save the innocent and punish the wicked." said Vishal.
Presnetly his family might not be too poor but it isn't too rich either. He forgot about the gifts. "System?"
"Yes host" said the system.
"Please open the status window."
