Towards the Battlefield

When Asura and his group rushed toward Jamtara, they found a group of people flying toward the royal palace. Asura and the others stopped their running and looked above.

Princess Moon exclaimed, "They are the people from the royal palace."

Asura said, "Looks like they are the reinforcements deployed by the king."

Princess Moon said, "Yes, let's go meet them." After saying that, she activated her flying artifact.

Her flying artifact was different from Asura, Kallu, and Su Lin's. Asura, Su Lin, and Kallu had flying wings of golden color, but Princess Moon's artifact was a pair of transparent wings that were extremely beautiful. When the light fell on them, they reflected rainbow colors.

As Princess Moon flew upward, Asura and Su Lin also activated their flying artifacts, which were a pair of golden wings, and they flew toward the royal palace's reinforcements.

Princess Moon shouted, "Uncle Blond!"

The man who was leading the reinforcement team stopped in mid-air when he heard Princess Moon shout. He said, "Young miss?"

When he turned around, he saw that the person who had shouted was indeed the young miss.

Princess Moon approached Uncle Blond. She called him "Uncle Blond" because he was one of the four ministers, Also his name and hair color was blond.

Uncle Blond was unique among the ministers. he was the most handsome and appeared younger than the other three ministers, they looked like they were in their forties but Uncle Blond seemed to be in his thirties, even though he was the oldest among the four ministers and that was the funny part. His height was comparable to Asura's, and his skin was as fair as Princess Moon's. If he tried to disguise himself as a woman, no one would doubt his identity as a woman.

Uncle Blonde asked, "Young miss, why are you here? Is the crisis of the royal family solved or has something happen...?"

Princess Moon didn't wait for Uncle Blond to complete his sentence. She said, "Don't worry, Uncle Blonde. The crisis at the royal palace has been solved."

Uncle Blond's face relaxed after hearing this, and he said, "Thank goodness, everything is okay."

Then Princess Moon gave details of the royal palace's incident. After hearing all this, Uncle Blond was very angry and wanted to punish the traitors, but unfortunately, they were already dead. After controlling his emotions, he looked behind Princess Moon and saw a man and a woman who were ten feet behind her. They looked familiar to him.

Uncle Blond asked, "Young miss, who are they?"

Princess Moon replied, "They are the untitled heroes of the Xiao Kingdom."

Uncle Blond exclaimed, "It's really them," but he was also surprised because he thought the untitled heroes were adults. Seeing them in person, he realized they were young, comparable to the young miss's age.

It wasn't Uncle Blond's fault because only the red-haired minister had seen the faces of the untitled heroes, and he hadn't revealed their identities to the other ministers.

Uncle Blond stared at them for a moment and asked, "Aren't they the members of the Xiao Sect who were in the top 10 ranks of the tournament?"

Princess Moon replied, "Yes."

Uncle Blond said, "I didn't expect them to be untitled heroes. Truly, this era is for the young ones. We are getting old," and he sighed.

Uncle Blond and his team quickly joined Princess Moon, Asura, and Su Lin as they prepared to return to the battlefield in Jamtara. With his experience and authority, he brought an air of confidence to the group. As they soared through the skies towards the battlefield, they engaged in a conversation.

Princess Moon smiled at Uncle Blond, relieved to have him by her side. "Uncle Blond, we were fortunate to travel with you. It's been quite a chaotic day, and we're grateful for your timely arrival. Now, with you leading the way, we can reach Jamtara much faster through the air."

Princess Moon was being honest because traveling by land had taken considerably more time compared to the air route and if they had chosen the air route it would have consumed spiritual energy because of using flying artifacts.

She had initially chosen the land route because she wasn't aware of the fastest aerial path and using flying artifacts for a long time could burden the body. Now that Uncle Blond was with them and knew the swiftest route, there was no need to hesitate.

Uncle Blond nodded with a reassuring smile. "Young miss, it is my duty to protect the royal family and assist them, and I'm pleased that the crisis has been resolved. However, I must say that I'm impressed with these young heroes accompanying you. They've demonstrated remarkable prowess in this situation."

Asura and Su Lin, who were flying nearby, overheard the compliment. Asura replied with a hint of humility, "We are honored to be of service, Minister Blond. We simply did what was necessary."

Although Princess Moon had informed Uncle Blond about Asura facing and defeating some late-stage Sky Realm cultivators on his own, she didn't know the details of how he accomplished it because she was occupied with dealing with Li Xian. When Uncle Blond learned about this, he narrowed his eyes, realizing the extent of Asura's strength. He couldn't fathom how Asura had emerged unscathed.

Su Lin added, "Indeed, it's been a team effort, and we couldn't have succeeded without the princess's leadership and her quick action against Li Xian."

Princess Moon chimed in, "Yes, it was a team effort, and I'm immensely proud of my companions. Uncle Blond, we've heard of your impressive skills and your unwavering dedication to the kingdom. It's an honor to have you on our side."

Uncle Blond's face displayed a mix of gratitude and determination. "I appreciate your kind words, young miss. We're nearly back in Jamtara, and it's crucial that we ensure the situation is fully under control. Rest assured, we'll do our part to restore peace and order."
