1 Chapter 1

I am Finn D. Houman, 20 years old, diagnose with multiple sclerosis. If you don't know what is Multiple Sclerosis. It is a autoimmune disease that affect the brain and the spinal cord(central nervous system). It actually attacks the myelin sheath, which is a protective membrane that wraps around the axon of a nerve cell is destroyed with inflammation and scarring. Inflammation occurs when the body's own immune cells attack the nervous system. This can occur along any area of the brain, optic nerve, and spinal cord. When this nerve covering is damaged, nerve signals slow or stop.

It is unknown what exactly causes Multiple Sclerosis . The most common thought is that a virus or gene defect, or both, is to blame. Environmental factors may also play a role. Multiple Sclerosis tend to appear in adults around 20 to 40 years of age, but it does not mean it won't appear in any age below or above 20 or 40.

This disease show when I was 18 years old when my eyes slowly blurred and some times I see two thing in front, or double vision and my eyes hurt, and poor contrast. My parents thought is that I spend too much time in my phone, tablet, and my laptop. So they limit my usage of them, and buying me medicine and glasses for my eye problem thinking it will work. But when I was celebrating my 19th birthday I suddenly collapses and while my body was on the floor I started to shake, like being electrocuted with high voltage electricity, my parents and guests panic and they immediately call the ambulanced.

Two hours later

"Sir I have a good bad news for you." said the doctor. My parents look at each other briefly. Then my father spoke.

"Can you tell us what is the bad news, Doc?"

"Alright. The good news is your son's condition stabilise for now."

"For now? What do you mean for now? Will his sickness relapse at any given time? And you still haven't even tell us what is his sickness."

"Your son has the Multiple Sclerosis."

"Multiple Sclerosis? What is that doc? Is it deadly?" my mother respond with a shaky voice. The doctor what is Multiple Sclerosis.

"It is not just a deadly disease but also incurable with the current medicine we have." the doctor respond.

"What!? Incurable!?" my parents answered simultaneously.

"Yes"

"Then what can we going to do? Is there really no cure? " my father ask.

"Iam sorry to tell you thisbut you can do nothing now, all you can do now is to be by his side all the time and create many beautiful memory for him to remember." doc said with a tinge of sympathy.

After 1 year

I was on my bed in my room. You see iam a fan with strong body, I use to watch movies with the main protagonist building and training his body to the extreme. And after knowing that I have an incurable disease that attack my nerve to cause a huge damage all over my body I was devastated. I even plan to start the workout of best warriors and fighters in the movies and shows I watched, trying to know if really works. But sadly it won't happen anymore. And after that incident my parents travelled around for the past 4 months looking for a cure for my disease, but sadly they found nothing. And in the past couple of months my body started detoriating, my gait started to get affected by the damage occur on my nerves, which resulted to the weakening of my muscle, making it difficult for me to walk. After two 2 months it was my bones that started started weakening. And that the start of my time being in bed all day. But it wasn't boring even though I stay all day in my room, even I was having difficulty in seeing thing in my surrounding my parents fill that part. They started bringing me strange things, saying this may help me in my healing.

They started telling stories of their great adventure travelling around the world. They even cross and climb mountains, to find herbs, they dive into the forest looking for that can help my healing, and swim the seas to find an ingredients for making a tunic for me. Even though the ones they brought to me are very bitter, I didn't complain. But all of it is no use so they buy thing like an amulet, rings, agimat, and many strange thing that has said to have mystic and magical power to help me.

And this time i feel my body weakening again, it feels like my time is up. I open my eyes and I see two blurrs in front of me.

"Mom, Haa Haa, Dad Haa Haa." I said while catching my breath.

"I am here honey. What is it that you want? You want to drink? Want me to tell another story?" my mother said filled with sadness seeing her beloved son suffering so much.

"Yes son. Tell us what you want." my father added. Wearing a sad smile.

"Mom Haa haa Dad haa haa. With everything you done for haa haa me. I just want you to know that haa haa you are haa the best haa haa in the world. And that I haa haa love Haa you." I said with the biggest smile I could do while catching breath.

"Oh son *sob* and you are the best son we could ask for *sob*" my mother said while crying.

As if knowing I don't a long time now I started see my life flash before my eyes. The days when I was running around our house, riding bicycle, playing basketball with my friends in school, outwitting my father in chess or any games we play, helping my mother water her favorite plants, shouting and screaming in our backyard trying to bring to the world my supernatural power, drawing my costume if ever had a superpowers, and planning my workout to bring my latent power like the protagonist in movies and shows trying know if that really works.

As I ready to close my eyes and ready to embrace death i saw the stone mother gave me, this stone is no ordinary stone it is a very special stone cause it fell from the sky. The stone is small has black color and the surface of it smooth like a marble polish by a master craftsman. My mother said this stone is special because it can grant you any wish. When I heard that I was close to laughing out loud I held myself trying not to upset my mother, while I was thinking if I should really make a wish or just pretend I make a wish, the stone glow purple and a strange thought appeared in my head.

"It seems fate brought us together, why don't you accompany in this life with full of hardship." I said instinctively and the stone glow in purple once again.

'I remember now even though I said those words I never said my wish. Since I am losing myself, I might as well wish something. Wishing stone, I wish that in my next life (If there is one) to have a strong and healthy body.'

And with that last thought I close my eyes and embrace the darkness that is holding me.

"Son! Son! Wake up!*sob*Son! Son don't leave me! *uwaa*" my mother said while hugging my lifeless body and crying.

"Son!" *sob*While my father is silently crying you can see the anguish in his eyes. Started hugging me and my mother.

Unbeknownst to me and my parents the stone glow in deep purple enveloping my whole body.
