Elite Camp First Test, The First Killing

All of the students were currently in the Weird Building, Walking in some long hallway. Gilgamesh was currently at the very back staring at the students while Elizabeth and the 5 prodigies were at the front of the group. A while later they finally saw a big door that was a sign that it was heading towards something.

"The end of the hallway." Elizabeth mutters, Her instincts were trying to warn her so there isn't any dangerous thing on the other side of the door. She then opens the big door that weighs a dozen tons or a hundred-ton with only one hand. The Big door slowly opens and the whole other side was revealed.

"Wow!" "This Place is Weird." "I wonder what the test is?" A lot of noises could be heard from the students when the big door was open, Elizabeth who was at the front entered and saw an interesting place. This was a big place that could fit many big things, It was bigger than the underground base Merlin had back at the mansion.

Gilgamesh then slowly walked towards the big door, The Students seeing him split up like the sea that was split up by some old man. The Prodigies was still fixated on Elizabeth and Gilgamesh who was finally at the front knew that it was time to explain the test that will be held.

"This will be the area and place where the First Test will be held." Gilgamesh said with a smirk, The First test was now starting and he was looking forward to the reactions of the students. He knew that many of them would drop out in the first test, It was a test of courage and bravery.

The Noises of the Students had gotten stronger when all of them heard Gilgamesh, Although they were all whispering. It can still bother many people, The 5 prodigies then stop staring at Elizabeth and look at the area in front of them. They were putting Elizabeth as their personal rival.

'I will beat you.' This thought pass through the 5 prodigies, Jones, Bond, Morgana, Jeanne, And Even Arthur had this kind of thought. This kind of thing didn't pass unnoticed, Gilgamesh clearly knew that the 5 prodigies are now having a rival. It was also part of the plan coming from the Legendary Magic Krieger.

The 5 Prodigies have made a status quo on their own, Although rivalry still exists in this group. It didn't have any effect on them, So With the existence of Elizabeth. The 5 Prodigies knew that their title was about to be stepped on by Elizabeth while maintaining her calm look. This was the image they got from Elizabeth herself.

"Now let us continue, The First Test will now be starting." Gilgamesh said with a smile, Elizabeth who was right beside him felt a little bit annoyed by the guy. He was spouting a lot of things about her which made her think that her moves weren't unnoticed. The Guy also knew the Massacre she did towards the Bandits.

'Wait, The Bandits?' Elizabeth had a surprising theory that would make her look at the guy with a little bit of fear. He was the one that brought the Bandits on her doorstep, The one that made the situation. Mobilizing thousands of Bandits while acting nothing happened, This guy is very dangerous.

Although Elizabeth was overestimating Gilgamesh about the Bandit army, There was no doubt that Gilgamesh would act as she had on her theory if something like that happened. She just shook her head since she was in the Elite Camp, She also knew that the guy was very powerful and could possibly rival Merlin.

The Big Gate doors that were at the front then slowly open, 5 trucks entered the big gate doors. It was a weird thing for the trucks to appear in here but most of the students were just quiet and were waiting for something to happen. A while later the doors of the trucks themselves happen and it was revealed.

'So this is why Gilgamesh said that I already passed the test.' Elizabeth thought when she saw something that was revealed, The test of killing your first kill will start. This was what Elizabeth thought and she was expecting a lot of it. It has been 10 years in her life while 1 year in the outside world she has killed something.

A gentle smile appeared on Elizabeth's face, This was not gone unnoticed. It was seen by Gilgamesh and the 5 Prodigies, Gilgamesh knew why Elizabeth was smiling while the 5 prodigies were curious about why Elizabeth was smiling towards the trucks.

Many Imperial Guards exited the truck carrying some people that were in Cages, This was the start of a test that would affect the whole life of the students. The Imperial Guards had a black uniform and a gas mask, It was to present fear towards their enemy. All of them follow any order that was given to them, this was why the Imperial Guards were the best army in the Empire.

The Cages that were brought by the Imperial Guards slowly opens revealing the people inside them. Many of them had chains coming from the cage, It encloses their whole neck. Some of them were from different races such as Ogres, Goblins, Humans, Beastmen, And Many more.

It was surprising to see many different races in one spot, Although the students in the Elite Camp came from many races. They just assume their human form while possessing some traits like Tail, Horns, or wings. Some of them even had fluffy ears. Gilgamesh then spoke towards the students that were staring at the cages.

"The test is about obtaining your first kill, All of them are criminals who did many bad things towards the Empire." Gilgamesh said towards the Students, Most of the students were shocked. It also includes the 4 Prodigies, They were shocked that they had to kill someone. There are some that were not shocked and there are only two of them, This was Elizabeth and Morgana.

It was surprising for Morgana to be not shocked at the news about killing, But there may be unknown history about her past. Elizabeth who saw Morgana had a smirk on her face that was quickly hidden, She saw the calm and cold face of Morgana which made her interested in her.

"Start the test." Gilgamesh said towards the students, The Imperial Guards then open the cage and it was not time for the students to get their first kill. The Criminals were still in chains, Some of the people would expect the students to fight them but this was not what Gilgamesh wanted.

There is a big difference between killing an Armed enemy and an Unarmed Enemy, The First one is self-defense while the second one is the same as murder. What does it feel to kill an Unarmed Enemy? But what if this enemy is a criminal? Would the students kill them? There are many questions surrounding the test and most of them would be answered.

"A reminder, Anyone that cannot kill a criminal would fail the test." Gilgamesh said with a smile, He then head towards the corner to see the students from afar. The Students hearing him was shocked, They will fail if they didn't kill a criminal. Some of them felt a pressure that was in their heart.

This was the first time the students would kill someone, Most of them were nervous while some were shaking in fear. Instead of training to kill people, They were killing people before they were trained. It was a weird thing but it was definitely working, Weak ones don't deserve training in the Elite Camp.

"Why?" Arthur asked Gilgamesh, He was expecting this kind of thing and thought that it was just normal training. Most of the students hearing him turn their heads Gilgamesh, they wanted to know why they need to kill a criminal. Gilgamesh hearing Arthur just smirked and someone answered Arthur's question.

"It is because Weak Magic Kriegers don't deserve the training in the Elite Camp." Morgana said with a serious voice, The Students were shocked but the prodigies felt the whole thing. Morgana was a silent girl, This was their expression towards her but to think that Morgana's mindset was like this.

"Why Morgana? Why would we need to kill someone?" Arthur was confused, Why do they need to kill someone in order to get the Elite Camp training. The Other Prodigies turn their heads away from Arthur, And Morgana who heard what Arthur said answered with a serious tone.

"Because this is the Empire." This was the only answer Morgana said towards Arthur, It was weird for Arthur to lose his calmness but with the word killing. He was traumatized by this word due to the fact that his old sister killed his own family. Gilgamesh who was in the corner the spoke towards Arthur.

"Arthur, You really are spoiled by Merlin." Gilgamesh said while shaking his head, This was the first time he met someone like this. What kind of fantasy is this kid seeing, He was kind of disappointed by Arthur and it was also seen that he was sheltered by Merlin.

"Listen, You can choose to not kill the criminals. But leave this Elite Camp and never come back, We don't need weak Magic Kriegers having the name Elite. We aren't finding strength but we are finding a strong mentality to become stronger." Gilgamesh said towards the students, Most of them were gripping their fist when they heard what Gilgamesh said.

'This is really getting long.' Gilgamesh thought to himself, It was taking too long. They needed someone to make an example but it seems that most of the students were avoiding his stare. Gilgamesh just lean on the wall and waited for the students to start their first kill.

The Prodigies were spreading out each other, Most of them got their own problems. Some of the students were even trying to see if killing a criminal was worth the training. Many of them knew that this would be their chance to reach great heights, Aren't they geniuses in their own region?

Why are they afraid of the first test? It would be a slap to the face towards the people who were cheering for them when they entered the Elite Camp. All of them knew that they had to kill a criminal in order to pass the test, The Whole area was in silence and most of them didn't speak.

'I don't want to kill...' Arthur thought to himself, This was something he didn't want to do. He didn't want to kill anyone, But he knew that he had to enter the training camp so that he could get stronger. What was his goal before being picked up by Merlin, This was something Arthur forgot a long time ago.

'I don't want to become like her.' Arthur thought, He was thinking about his Older sister who destroyed and killed the whole family for one night. If he killed someone, Won't he become like his Older Sister. The one that murdered his Family, Mother, Father, Little Sister, and even his old dog.

The whole area was in silence, No Student wanted to speak but something was heard. Soft footsteps that were echoing in the area was heard, The students turn around and saw who it was. This was Elizabeth, Her Short White Silver hair while wearing the Glasses and having the Uniform for the Elite Class.

"All of you are weak, crybabies, and people who can't survive a second in the battlefield." Elizabeth was insulting them, The Students cannot come up to a counter. Even The 5 prodigies were lowering their head when they heard What Elizabeth said. She was heading towards the criminal Ogre.

"It seems I have to set an example." A slight smile appeared on Elizabeth's face, her beautiful face was seen and was completely calm. The Alle Waffen materializes in her hands and she did one thing that the Students expected but also didn't expect at the same time. She proceeds to kill the Ogre in a way that would be something unexpected for the Students.

Whoosh...

The sound of the blade was heard, The Criminal Ogre's head slowly falls from the body. The Criminal was beheaded by Elizabeth herself, A while later. A thud was heard from the ground, It was the head of the ogre. Green Blood began spurting out of the Ogre's neck and the scream of a student was heard.
