every time they level up they can increase the level of one of their mutations the max level of a mutation is 10 once it levels up again it is reset to level 1 but it Rank is increased and when it Rank increases you get to choose from 5 different paths to take

each Rank on either mutations or skills will double the max level capacity for example:

LV:20Rank:2

LV:40Rank:3

LV:80Rank:4

skills are just like mutations but gain and level them by repetitive use and greater understanding of said skill and just like mutations level 10 it the max level before increasing its Rank but this takes having a large understanding of the skill and when it Ranks up the name changes and based on how you use the skill changes what the Rank up does to the skill

every time they reach max level on their race they will evolve each evolution gives one mutation and doubles the level cap and resets the level to 0 their is a small increase in some of the stats
