The Beginning

Ever since I was 14 I was abused for some unknown reason. I was thrown into a pitch black room not knowing what time it was. Then the voices came and started talking to me, my wolf wasn't talking to me anymore it was like she died and left me alone for the rest of my days. But the voices keep making these suggestions for when people enter the room to torture me, their suggestion is to torture them instead of me. Well if what my parents wanted to turn me into a monster, then they succeeded.

"let me out. let me out. let me out." I kept my voice at a low whisper, where only the people that were watching me through the camera could hear. I started to hear footsteps coming down the hall and stop. I saw their shadows from underneath the doorway.

That was the only light that was given to me, the light from the doorway. I stood up and started to walk around the room. My footsteps were so light you could barely hear them. My head snapped to the camera and I walked up to it and gave it a smile. I was now 17 I've been locked up for 3 years in the same room. I was given a bathroom and a bed. I was thankful for that, cause nothin his worse then smelling your own stench. I backed away from the camera and the voices started speaking to me.

'We should just kill them all it's the only way,' they paused as if waiting for my answer then continued 'c'mon Kara we can do it you know we can. We can just kill everyone and escape.'

"What? We should just kill everyone and escape and leave one sole survivor to tell the tale?" I spoke out so that the people outside the door and the people watching through the camera could hear. "Oops sorry the voices."

That's when I heard the door start to open, I stood there watching to door and just continued walking around. That's when the door opened. And the most delicious smell entered my nose.

'MATE' my wolf exclaimed inside my head.

'I thought you died Ruth.' I had a confused look on my face. I was walking around and started climbing the rope that was attached to the roof and wrapped myself in it.

'I'm sorry if I made you worry I just wanted to be alone.' She was whimpering, and I felt bad for what is said.

'It's okay it's not your fault I completely understand.' When I looked at the people standing in the doorway I saw one person with a sad expression on their face. He looked so sad when he saw me, I had scars on my face and all over my body.

'What are we gonna do with him?' I asked Ruth.

'I'm not sure I don't even know if he'll want us. We're crazy. We've killed some people that came in here just to give us food.'

'Yea you're right so what we gonna do. I'm kinda scared, cause what if he'll abuse us like the rest of the people did?' I probably looked so pathetic in his eyes, my mate, all I wanted to do right now was run into his arms and stay like that forever. But I couldn't not when I'm like this.

"Kara." I heard the generals voice say, he's the one that does most of the abusing. I turned and looked at him trying to hold in my fear.

"Get down here." I did what he said cause I didn't want my mate so see how weak I was. I didn't want to him hear me scream out in pain.

"Yes?" I slowly made my way over, since the room was so dark they could barely see my face.

'Kara we should just kill him, he's done so many bad things to us.' One of the voices said.

"I am not killing anyone." I said, "yet." I smirked, that's when I saw the generals face flash a tiny bit of fear but it vanished very quickly. I started laughing like a crazy person. I went back to my rope and climbed it.

"Kara. Now is not the time for joking." The general said walking forward but stopping as if he didn't want to die.

"Oh but Mr. General Sir I'm not joking. I just simply giving a warning." I smiled and laughed at the same time.

My mates face seemed to keep the same emotion the whole time, sadness. He looked like he wanted to help me but to me it seemed like he was too scared to come near me.

"Kara you are leaving." The general finally said it, "you are going to live with Alpha Xander."

"And why is that?"

"Because, you are a danger to our pack and if there is one simple way for you to get out you'll kill everyone here and we can't risk that."

When I saw more people entered I knew exactly what they were gonna do, they were gonna inject me with sleeping serum. The started to move towards me I dodged all of them but then I felt my hair being pulled, it was the general. He threw me to the ground and everyone circled around me and started beating me. I screamed out in pain and little tear drops started falling from my eyes. The torture didn't stop until I felt a pain in my arms and legs. My eye lids started feeling heavy and then my vision went black.
