chapter sixteen: the agreement

Mia's POV

I think back about what Jaxon said the other day..

Flashback...

I follow him towards his room. He closes the door behind him. I turn around. "Before we're going to mate I have to ask you something first" I say.

"I think I know why you are earlier than Angel in heat" He says. I look up at him. So he realized too. "That declares my problem too" He says.

"When you visited our pack years ago, we met before didn't we?" I say. "That would declare a lot" He says.

We didn't really meet but we probably passed each other or something. "Is that why you're not a virign anymore?" Jaxon says.

I nod. "Since that day I started getting in heat every month" I say. He nods. "Same for me. Well males don't get in heat but we uhh get a super strong urge to-" "I know" I say.

He walks closer towards me and strokes my right arm with his right hand. "Now we can finally mate each other" He says and sighs.

End of flashback...

I smile a little at the memory. I close the frontdoor behind me. I hear laughing and smell chocolate coming from the kitchen. Are those brownies?! I practically run towards the kitchen and see everybody sitting at the kitchen table in the dinning room, that's attached to the kitchen.

I look at Jaxon and see Chiara sitting on his lab. He's kissing her neck which makes her giggle. For some reason it hurts a little. I don't really care that the others are flirting with my sisters but for Jaxon it's different. Well since yesterday.

Oh hey Mia" Lainie says. She takes a bite of her brownie. "Are there any brownies left?" I ask. She looks with a sorry face expression. "I don't think there are any left, well at least not your favourite, brownies with nuts, But maybe there is a brownie without nuts left?" She says.

"Nope" Chelsea says with a full mouth and takes a bite out of the last brownie. "I didn't realize it was the last one, sorry" She says and looks with a sorry face expression. "It's okay" I say. It's not like brownies are my favourite food or something..

I wake up early like I always do and start making breakfast. I knew what my sisters were doing yesterday. I know that it was Lainie's plan too. They are trying to keep the guys for themselves.

It's not like I can do anything about the fact that they sleep early and wake up late. I smirk at the thought. "Goodmorning sunshine" One of the guys says who walked inside the kitchen.

I turn around and see Jace. I have to stop myself from smirking. I have a plan. "Hmm it smells delicious" He says with a double meaning and smirks.

I smile back at him and put my hand on his chest. "Not as good as you" I say. He smiles and I kiss him on the lips. "Morning" Jesse says who just walked in. "Morning handsome" I say and kiss him on the cheek.

Soon I'm done with making breakfast and place everything on the dinning table. We start eating. "It tastes awesome babygirl" Jaxon says and kisses me on the cheek.

Soon my sisters come downstairs as well. "Goodmorning" I say with my sweetest voice. Lainie glares at me for only a second but I still saw it. She's obviously annoyed. "Goodmorning" She greets me back with a fake smile.

"Bye baby" I say to Jace and kiss him full on his mouth. He breaks the kiss. "See you later" He says and leaves. The other guys leave as well.

Alira looks furious at me. Just like I expected. It is so obvious that they like each other the most. "Enough!" Alira says suddenly very angrily.

Everybody looks surprised at her. "You keep keeping the guys for yourself, and we have had enough of it!" She says angry. "Well you guys did the same thing yesterday!" I say.

"That's because we want attention from the guys too! We're mates with them too you know!" Chelsea says angry aswell. "We wanted you to know how it feels" She says a bit calmed down now.

I look down at my feet. "I'm sorry" I say and a few tears start to escape from my eyes. "I thought that they would reject me as their mate because I wasn't a virgin anymore. But then they started to give me extra attention and I just.. I don't know" I admit.

Lainie puts her hand on my back. "Aw it's okay we forgive you" She says. "Only if you never do that again" Chiara says. I nod. "Only if you guys will never do it too" I say. And that's how we made our deal.

Angel/Alira's POV

Me and my sisters talked it out and made an agreement. Because Mia was alone with the guys for a couple of days, me, Leilani, Chelsea and Chiara will be alone with them too, but only for a day. One day for each person.

After that we agreed to never keep the guys away from each other again and also that we won't get angry or jealous if the other one is alone with the guys etc.

Right now I'm laying in bed. Jace is laying next to me, holding me tight and is assleep. I'm staring at the ceilling. I can't sleep because I'm in deep thought.

Having five mates and having to share them with my four sisters is so complicated, why couldn't we have a mate of our own? We are with 5 so why would we all share all of them? Why can't we have one mate of our own?

That is something that the moon goddess has decided. Only she knows why. Oh moon goddess, why did you let us share each other's mates?

I close my eyes and fall as sleep. When I open them again my question gets answered..
