His nephew had two packs under his command, not to mention the magic stone mines belonging to him, thus he thought to use Cane if worse came to worse with the Red Claw pack. He could use Cane to suppress them.

"Yes, yes, My King…" Leon replied with so much difficulty, as he spat a mouthful of blood. "You don't need to worry, Nala will handle this task well."

Aeon scoffed when he heard that. Nala was beautiful, but Cane didn't even spare her a glance when she tried to throw herself at him.

"Send her to my bedroom, there is something I want to discuss with her."

Leon's face turned slightly darker when he heard what the King commanded, because he knew what the King would 'discuss' with his daughter in his own chamber. "Yes, My King. Nala will wait for you in your chamber."
