When Cane said that Abby was having a romantic relationship with Liam, Iris was surprised, but she felt like she already knew about this. She picked up Cane's habit and had her own observation. The news was surprising, but it didn't really shock her. 

However, it was not the same when Cane told them about Abby's pregnancy. Iris was utterly speechless, because this was the first time she heard about this. 

Even though Grace couldn't do much with Abby, since her constitution was the same like Iris, but at the very least, she could check on her and tell them that she was doing well and her body was in progress of healing. 

That was the time when Grace discovered Abby was pregnant, a month long when she learned about it, which meant now, she was almost two months long.
