Lycans and Vamps: A Meeting of The Minds

Werewolves detested vampires to the core because of the way the latter had always looked down on them, like less than animals. There was some vague veracity shrouded in the mist of ancient time that vampires had created werewolves... and so what? Did that mean all werewolves were to eternally bow down to their vampire overlords? Apparently, so thought the said and erstwhile overlords. But power must change hands in order for progress to be made. And power had, indeed, changed hands. Werewolves loped through the front door of the suite and rambled about, not quite threatening the vampires who, to their credit, faced their rivals head on.

"I am Growl Alpha," the Alpha werewolf pronounced as he stood and turned towards the vamps, speaking in a normal tone as everyone in the room (but the sole human) had preternatural auditory senses. "I have come to make you an offer you can't refuse." He stood directly in the middle of the pack and the bite. A few of the vamps in the back were hovering, which showed how powerful some were. This would be a very difficult and bloody affair if it came to a brawl. Growl Alpha's pack had the advantage of numbers and surprise - a vampire, however, was gifted with more preternatural gifts than other faerie creatures. Like the ability of flight and superspeed. But werewolves were very fast as well, and what they could not match against the vampires in head-on strength was made up for by their sheer ferocity and bestial cunning. "Who is the leader here?"

"I am," said a voice directly above Growl. He looked up and there was a stirring in the air as a figure shrouded in mist coalesced and descended. By the time the mist shrouded figure touched the floor, it had become a rather well endowed and tall female vampire, whose curves were sumptuously busting out of her scanty outfit and in full view for all to see. She was wearing the tightest leggings Growl had ever seen on anyone that ended in knee-high and stilettoed heels. Her top was a simple sash around two firm and bouncy breasts that captured Growl's complete attention. A chuff from one of the members of his pack brought him back to his senses. The amused vampiress still looked up at him with her bewitching crimson-rimmed jade eyes.

"Yeah, uh..." One of his pack mates nudged him from behind passing by. "So yeah, the offer you can't refuse... Truce! A truce... of sorts." The vampiress folded her arms under her oversized breasts, making them appear to pop out even more. Growl Alpha had not slept with anyone in a long while and he wondered if this lengthy hiatus from coitus was the reason why he was reacting so carnally and in such a manner to the vampiress. Did vampires fuck? he thought to himself. The smirk on the face of the vampiress turned positively sultry. Hmmm, vampires could read minds, but werewolves were notoriously resistant to mind control.

"A... truce, you say?" the vampiress repeated. "And... what if we refuse?"

"It can only be to your benefit, Lady...?" Growl Alpha asked.

"Ketch. Jacqueline Ketch. Queen Jacqueline Ketch."

Growl smiled slyly at the name Ketch. "Well, Queen Ketch, it would only be your benefit and the benefit of your bite to-"

"We don't need no stinking truce, with no stinking we-" Bastion began but was cut off by a sharp and angry glare from the vamp queen.

"My apologies for my lieutenant's sharp retort," Lady Ketch said, glancing back at Growl Alpha. She smiled enchantingly and, unbelievably, he felt a stirring in his massive loins. "You will pardon our skepticism as concerns this 'truce' about which you pander to us. We have, after all, been at odds with one another some millennia." Her facial features were now somber, as she was trapped in some distant and distasteful memory surely concerning the ongoing war between the vampires and the werewolves.

"An Alpha is bound by his word, Queen Ketch," Growl Alpha proclaimed. Queen Ketch looked him straight in the eyes for a few moments, then she nodded. Growl Alpha silently rejoiced. "Is it possible we can go somewhere to hash out the details, undisturbed?"

"Your Majesty, I must insist that the dangerousness of this proposal mak-"

"Growl the Alpha," Queen Ketch interjected, cutting Bastion off without so much as a glance his way. Growl inclined his head in a slight bow. "The music will be turned back on and we will continue with the terms of... truce right here in the middle of this suite." Growl's face fell a bit. He had supposed that they could spend some time alone - for some reason, he was highly attracted to this vampiress with her shock of red hair and emerald eyes... and succulent mammaries. He wondered if her carpet matched her drapes. She cocked an eyebrow.

"There's no problem with that, Queen Ketch," Growl replied, growling slightly. Bastion sullenly produced two chairs and a small table while the deejay turned the music back on. It was notoriously difficult to eavesdrop on someone when a background of music or conversation -generally voices- was playing nearby. The music playing was an old but classic rap song from Ole Dirty Bastard, featuring the singer Kelis:

You gimme yo number, I call you up

You act like yo pussy don't interrupt

I don't have no trouble with you fucking me

But I have a little problem with you not fucking me

Baby, you know I'ma take care I'm you

Cuz you say you got my baby and I know it ain't true

Is it a good thing? No, it's bad, bitch

For good or worse, makes you switch

So I walk on over wit' my Cristal

Bitches niggas put away yo pis-tals

Dirty won't be havin' that in his house

Cuz bitch I'll cripple yo style

Now that you heard my charmin' voice

You couldn't get another nigga - coochie won't get moist

If you wanna look good and not be bummy

Girl, you better gimme that money - whoo!

Hey! Dirty! Baby I gotcha money, dontcha worry, I said hey! Baby I gotcha money.

Hey! Dirty! Baby, I gotcha money, dontcha worry, I said hey! Baby I gotcha money.
