Clyde immediately jolted from his seat and threw the phone back to Vincent. He wasted no time and got changed right at that instant.

The anger and disappointment that had been filling his mind since a while were still latched on his handsome face, but now panic and worry slowly took over from the way his knitted brows frowned even deeper.

"Sir, would you—"

"What the hell are you standing there for?! Get the car ready!" Clyde scolded Vincent angrily, prompting the latter to quickly bow his head and come out of the master bedroom with long strides.

Not long after, Mervyn was seen stepping out of the bathroom with a flustered face.

He could feel his heartbeat pounding even harder, hence his hand clutching his bathrobe. 

He might not know what had driven Clyde so angry earlier, but he was over the moon when Clyde suddenly pulled him by the waist and held him in his arms.
