Chapter 67

Aaron gulped, looking at her lips. 

"Are you going to devour me?" His tone was clearly apprehensive and Moira laughed. 

"In a way." She answered and winked at him. 

"In a… way?" He frowned. "I mean, are you luring me to get near so you can attack me?"

"Aaron, I told you we are mates. You don't feel the way I feel this bond because you're human. Kiss me and you'll know what I'm talking about."

He stared at her for a while, still unsure on what to do. Should he just kiss her and see what she was talking about or should he retreat, take his distance and once she was feeling good enough, leave her?

Moira raised her hand to him, offering it. 

'Ah, fuck it! It is not as if anyone will miss me if I die, right?', he thought, just praying that if she was, indeed going to kill him, that it happened quickly and painlessly.
