Chapter 54

Everyone was waiting for news about the Queen. Since she and the Prince stayed in the bedroom, her bedroom, they received no more information about them. 

Rumors were spreading that Katrina and Edgar were already acting as if they had wed and that was problematic. When the wedding night would take place, it was expected she was a virgin, to ensure the royal bloodline was, indeed, secure. 

Suindara knew that and he was furious. Delina now kept her room protected by anyone, which meant he couldn't have access to her mirror or anything of the sort to know what was going on inside that bedroom. 

Edgar left the room to ask for food. Petrus and Sophie were worried, but Sophie would do whatever Edgar asked her to, until she couldn't wait anymore and decided to ask. 

"Ah, Your Highness." She spoke in a low voice, bowing. "How is our Queen?" 

"She is alright. But she needs to recover. Later, I would like to talk to Master Suindara."
