"Evidence?"

Gideon smiled disdainfully. "I do not have any."

"No evidence? Then you're just slandering me."

Jacqueline looked at him angrily.

"Did you say I accused you wrongly? What a joke."

Gideon looked at her as if he was looking at a beggar.

Jacqueline clenched her fists and her delicate little face was full of anger. "You don't even have any evidence. How can you be sure that it was me? I didn't know about this until a few days ago. I have confessed to my sister about it."

"You can continue pretending, but you won't be able to pretend for long,"

Gideon said. "Even if I don't have any evidence, you've offended my woman. Either way, you will die."

"What are you going to do?"

"It's really easy for me to kill you here," Gideon said viciously.

Jacqueline looked at him in panic with a pale face. "My sister won't allow you to do that. Besides, I didn't do anything. You can't accuse me like this."
