“Hey! Wake up!” I groggily sit up while Orthum’s voice rings in my ear. “What time is it?” I ask and I see him looking at his watch briefly.

“It’s exactly 5 in the morning,” he said nonchalantly – my eyes widened. “It’s far too early Orthum!” I whined, wanting to get back to bed.

“You almost got in trouble yesterday, you need to set an example as the heir of Ashyx,” he said, my ears perked up – I need to be my best self here.

“Fine,” I got up, abruptly – causing my face to kiss the floor. “Be careful,” Orthum reminded me while he gives me my toiletries.

“Thank you, Orthum,” I mumble and enter the bathroom. I look at the mirror to see my eyes puffy, I splash cold water on my face.

I slept late yesterday, Gurreth got caught and he told me to stay outside. I ended up staying outside for 4 hours before Orthum got me inside. I’m pretty worried about Gurreth.
