A soft chuckle left Yuri's mouth as he looked at Theodore's worried expression.

He looked like he could cry anytime. His eyes were filled with worry and each breath he took was heavy.

"You don't have to look so worried," the omega said with a little smile on his face as he tightened his grip on Theodore's hand that was holding his.

Theodore felt his heart clench as if something was squeezing it so tightly.

It was difficult to breathe.

It was difficult to talk.

But hearing Yuri say those words to him without a hint of worry on his face did not relieve his worries at all. In fact, seeing him try so hard to reassure him made him worry even more.

"J-Just a bit more... You won't be in p-pain after this," Theodore stuttered, his voice shaking so much.

"This is as far as you can go, sir. You are not allowed to enter the room," one of the nurses said as she pushed the patient stretchers.
