Weird Thing

The question suddenly made my body stiffen for a moment.

'Damn it, what's wrong with me?'

I don't know what happened to me, but it's like I'm hypnotized and can't do anything. Because I want to be able to answer what Jessica's teacher asked. But I don't know what's happening to me right now.

All eyes immediately turned to where Nicholas was, because the question since five minutes ago had not been answered by him.

He just kept quiet and didn't look at anyone, even though he knew that many of his classmates were looking at him right now.

Richard whispered from behind, trying to code Nicholas, so he could quickly answer what his teacher asked him.

But Nicholas was silent and didn't look back when Richard called his name.

It was as if the question asked by his teacher just now made him unable to move at all.

"Mr. Reiss, are you all right?" Jessica asked Nicholas who just silently stared at her, She walked slowly towards where Nicholas was.

Teacher Jessica walked slowly, getting closer and closer to where Nicholas was.

Nicholas, who knew this, did not know why he suddenly became more rebellious and seemed not to want to be approached by the woman who was now walking towards him.

His eyes were wide and he was panting for breath, but still, in the same position, Nicholas couldn't move his body at all.

In such a position, it was as if his classmates didn't know that Nicholas was in an inexplicable state.

I swear, what's wrong with me? why can't I control my breath normally? What's going on? Why did this happen after the new teacher asked me, Is there something behind the question?

The sound of the recess bell that was so loud, made all the students in the classroom immediately look away from Nicholas, and they were ready to tidy up their stationery, then put it in their respective backpacks.

And at that very second a sound so loud, filled Nicholas' ears, and it made him blink a few times, and he could move his limbs which were previously stiff and could not move at all.

He immediately looked behind him, where Richard was while giving a very panicked expression.

It was as if the expression Nicholas gave Richard, seemed to indicate that he was asking for help with something.

At that moment Richard knew that if it felt like something had happened to his best friend, he stood up and immediately approached were Nicholas was.

"Hey, what's up bro?" He asked somewhat frantically when he saw Nicholas gasping for air trying to catch his breath.

But the man did not answer what was asked by Richard, he just shook his head, and held the body of his friend who was next to him.

"Hey, Nicholas," Richard tried to get Nicholas to his feet, carrying him out of the room.

"Hey, is he okay?" Emily asked Richard who looked busy to help his friend up from his seat, she was also curious what was going on with Nicholas

"Ah, I don't know what happened to him either, I'll be taking him out of this room right away," Richard replied to Emily, stammering a little, for he was surprised to find that she was now on Nicholas' right.

"I'll help," Emily said, taking Nicholas' right hand and helping him get up from his seat.

Richard who got help from the woman just nodded his head.

The two of them were now carrying Nicholas to get out of the room. Because the condition of the room was quiet, the other students had left the room.

"Is Mr. Reiss all right?"

Spontaneous Richard and Emily were immediately startled when they heard the voice behind them both.

They slowly turned their gazes simultaneously towards the back of the voice where the voice came from.

With some difficulty, because they were both carrying Nicholas who was so weak.

"Oh, Jessica's teacher is still here, he's okay, it's just that she has a relapse so I'll take him to the infirmary," Richard answered somewhat frantically when he found out that the History teacher was still in the room.

Even though he had seen that the room was deserted and there was no one in it at all, only him, Emily, and Nicholas. However, it was unexpected that the History teacher was still there in the room and she stood with her back against the wall next to the classroom window.

"Oh, I see, if there's anything I can help with!" Said Jessica's teacher, smiling at the three of them in front of her.

"Oh, no thanks. We can both handle it, sorry we have to go!" Emily said rather firmly when she heard that the woman in front of her offered to help.

However, because Emily's intuition was so strong, she felt that her new History teacher had something to hide, which made her hesitant to accept what she had just offered.

"Oh okay,"

Jessica answered while smiling at the three of them.

After hearing this answer, Richard and Emily immediately turned around and took Nicholas out of the classroom. Nicholas who was in a semi-conscious state could only remain silent and obey.

"Ahh, one more thing Mr. Rogan,"

Just a few steps they were about to leave the classroom, suddenly Jessica's teacher said something. It immediately made Richard and Emily stop in their steps, of course with an uncomfortable look on Richard's face.

Richard slowly turned his gaze towards where his history teacher was.

With a somewhat forced smile, Richard tried to make a face that looked good in front of the woman,

"Yes, Miss. Jessica?" He said so slowly.

"Thank you for explaining the answer earlier," Jessica said, giving Richard a big smile.

This of course made Richard become confused for a moment when he saw his teacher's somewhat strange attitude.

He just nodded his head slowly, then turned his gaze to the front again, then he immediately took Nicholas out of the classroom.

"I think there's something strange about the new teacher, I'm not comfortable with her," Emily said while glancing at where Richard was on her left.

She only dared to say that after leaving the classroom.

"Exactly, I don't like it either," Richard replied to what Emily had just said, nodding his head slowly.

The two of them went straight to the medical room at the school, to be able to check on Nicholas' condition.
