15 The Phoenix Palace

After his deeds with Hwa, Ares went back to his home where he found Nephthys packing her things, not many as they have money to buy their basic necessities. Ares was in trance state just by seeing her serious yet beautiful face which was further enhanced by a stream of sunlight falling on her face through an opening in the window. He went near her with silent steps and hugged her from behind which awarded him with her cute voice of astonishment which was, "Kyaa!!!!". When she noticed it was Ares, she stopped her struggle and bent her neck in attempt to hide her embarrassment and comfort coming from his warm and loving hug. After staying for a while Ares let go her albeit reluctantly and it was same for Nephthys too. They worked together to pack things while Ares also told her about Hwa, he was surprised when there was no change in her expression which helped him grasp the mentality of the people of this world, for them a man keeping for than one woman was as common as drinking water, only their parents were in group of exceptions as they were workaholic and less romantic.

They had dinner and went to bed, which they both shared together to keep each other company, not sexually. Ares was still searching for a suitable house online and place for his restaurant cum café, which should be near their home. As he was searching Hestia spoke in his mind,

[HOST, you can buy a land and then build your house with your restaurant cum café attached. If Host did that then it will count as in Kingdom Building Subsystem and can be upgraded in future]

'Hestia, will it not take a considerable amount of time if I do the building as my skills needs theoretical knowledge', Ares asks Hestia through mind as to not disturb Nephthys who was sleeping beside him.

[HOST, it will take time if you study how to make magical buildings but simple buildings will take very little effort and time as Classroom enhances your learning speed and with the help of worker robots it will maximum take 4 days to complete a building of size of a villa.]

Ares was stunned by the number of days it was taking to build a building but then he also remembered that he had to buy the raw materials from the shop which also shortened the process, as materials were also out of the world.

He agreed to Hestia's suggestion and started to search for empty plot and perfect city which should be very far from the reach of their enemies.

He then started to search in different kingdoms which does not have any restrictions for buying a property for nonresidents.

[Ares's POV]

Kingdoms, as I mentioned before this world was very different from my previous world and here monarchy still exists throughout the world and there is no such term as democracy. These kingdoms did not rage wars and for the matter of facts there were no wars in past 400 years. The working and politics of kingdoms were same as countries from my previous world except for monarchy. There are many kingdoms which comes under 4 empires. The Aadi-Shakti Empire, The Han Empire, The Mauryan Empire and The Kurukshetra Empire.

All empires had an emperor ruling it except for The Aadi-Shakti Empire which was ruled by an empress and it is mainly dominated by females and it can be said to be most powerful from other empires due to its strong political infrastructure. It is said that the Empress was very beautiful but no one had ever met her except upper echelon but they also are not allowed to raise their head in presence of The Empress. She can be said to be very decisive and intelligent as it can see from how she dominates the entire empire which is comparable to size of The African Continent.

I live in The Mauryan Empire but was now planning to move to the Capital of The Aadi-Shakti Empire known as Sati. There are no restrictions here and it was also out of reach from his enemies and it is also near the island which he received from System through quest reward. I found a very best location for my restaurant. I bought the land in an online auction; it was in the heart of the capital and was quite expansive. It costed me 250 million dollars to buy these 5 acres of land.

This world is very advance in terms of technology and around 30% of tasks are handled by A.I. Airplanes are faster than my previous world. I reached Capital Sati in few hours, I did not bring Nephthys and Hwa as I want to surprise them with my restaurant and another reason is that I did not want Hwa to know my ability yet.

I stayed here for 10 days to finish my building and during these I instructed Nephthys to move in with Hwa in attempt to not alert his enemies and did not allow them to know that he is alive or do anything wrong with Nephthys.

I made 5 stories building. First floor being cafe, second being club, third being restaurant and fourth being his and his girl's home. The materials used are 100% sound proofing and he made it on the basis of ancient architectural method which gives an earthquake resistant feature to it. The cafe design is same as Veneziano Coffee Roasters, Melbourne Australia but with more royal type vibe. The bar on the second floor was like Connaught Bar, London, UK. The restaurant was like Suvarna Mahal, Jaipur, India. Every floor gives a sense of royalty and same was for the fourth and the last floor which was like a floor from a royal palace. I asked suggestions from Nephthys in past and she liked royal design when it comes to buildings or house.

I also used best woods from the system, which were stronger than any steel and were water resistant, for Furnitures and I used lamps, bulbs and chandeliers bought from system which were dust resistant and unbreakable or could not be damaged. The wires are made of alien materials not known to him; this wire cannot be melted even by the heat of sun. He also bought solar panels which were expansive as hell and battery which can store infinite energy and he set up wind mills. The solar panels and wind mills are smalls but 5 of each can run his building for 6 months if only allowed to do their functions for a day.

I only build the buildings in 3 acres but the remaining was given to gardens and parking space. I did not want a big place as it will be me who will be doing cooking and making stuff for customers and it will not be good if there are too many customers.

Everything he did, from making this building, to wiring and finishings, he learned it from Classroom function in his system. It took him 5 days in real world to learn all these but he stayed for more than one and half year in system's Classroom. Having Production Skill helped him master every technique with ease. The more talented he became, the more his worker robots advanced in following his orders. He also did not leave his sword and body training during this time. He cannot use his full power of stats if he is not accustomed to it through training. He may accidently hurt anyone if his emotions are unstable as he cannot control his strength. He did not hurt anyone in past because Hestia helped him control his powers but notified about this issue during his flight to the capital Sati.

Ares was standing near a building which was looking like a small full white palace with golden design of Phoenix and a name can be seen at the center which was, "The Phoenix Palace". The white stone used is reflecting the light and making it shine in brilliance as if it is house of a real Phoenix. There was a smile of satisfaction on Ares's face. He was proud of his creation and was also in awe from the beauty of it.
