Chapter 3 - Setting sail

(A/N the most voted was option 3 so, I will proceed to a time skip like Luffy. Where not much is know about the training and past and it'll be uncovered through flashbacks or explained when necessary. I will also be making an auxiliary chapter with the crew I have decided on. It contains heavy spoilers so if you don't want to know don't look.)

I was now 12 years old, it has been 10 years since I was last thrown into this world.

[Current Mc appearance]

In these 10 years I have learned a great deal of things, most importantly the islands location.

The island I landed on, was on the clam belt. More precisely the clam belt between the grand line and the east blue, which explained the lack of wind and the giant sea kings that governed the surrounding sea.

This also explained why the beasts I had encountered on the island were smarter and tougher than anything I had ever encountered in my previous life. I had almost lost my life more time than I could count. If it wasn't for Sinbad's genius level of talent and luck, I would most likely be dead.

After 10 long year, I have finally set sail and left the island behind. The boat I was riding was hand crafted by me. I spent the last 2 years working on it. It wasn't perfect but I was hoping it would hold till I reached my next destination.

The ship, if the unfinished vehicle could be called that, was rather shaky. With holes on its hull, that let some water seep in. It wasn't a large quantity since all I needed to do to stay afloat was to empty a bucket of water every 30 minutes or so. So it was still manageable.

I could have waited a couple more months till the ship was completed before setting sail, but I was pressed for time. The newspaper I was holding announced one of the biggest news this world will ever hear.

[Execution of the Pirate king, Gold Roger] ,the title read.

The execution was scheduled in 3 days. So it was with great haste that I left the island in direction of the east blue.

On the island shores, I could see, a giant white Gorilla, a sabre-tooth Tiger and a giant Turtle wave at me with tears in their eyes. The only three creatures I had spared during my training, not because of pity but simply because they had surrendered.

Since the calm belt didn't have any wind, I used the wind emanating from my hand to sail. I pointed my palm behind the ship, and let out a constant gust of wind effectively propelling the ship in direction of the east blue. With one goal in mind assist to a live execution of such a legendary man.

Since the sun always rose in the east, it was pretty easy to situate in which direction I should be heading.

As the island grew smaller and smaller a large sea king emerged from the sea. The sea king as large as a mountain easily towered over the small ship I was sailing on.

Seeing as it was in my path, I simply pointed my unused hand in direction of the sea king.

A large amount of lightning sparks started accumulating on my palm. And without notice with great speed and devastating destruction.

Lighting struck, from my palm, through the sea king and to a couple kilometres in front of me. A large beam of lightning completely eradicated everything in front of me.

The sea seemed to part as the lightning beam scurried away in the distance.

A large hole was left through the large sea-king body, a hole that I promptly sailed through before the sea king could start sinking. While passing through, I unsheathed my sword and sliced myself a large chunk of cooked meat. The meat was still steaming from the lightning I had used to cook it.

As soon as I was out of the large hole, the sea king started sinking to the bottom of the sea where the rest of its body would be devoured by creatures like it.

So it was with a constantly sinking ship and a chunk of meat as large as myself; that what would be known as the adventures of Sinbad officially started.
