"When you see another being and it doesn't seem to be aggressive towards you... why don't you try making it your friend?"
"My friend?"
"Yes, just try talking to that person and if you feel comfortable, you might consider making them your friend."
"My friend..." Looking at Shizuka hesitantly for a few seconds, Fenrir finally nodded and muttered "I'll try."
"That'll do~"
While Fenrir and Shizuka converse, Saya and Rias were still talking about a topic already brought up by Rias, the political marriage and its problem.
"And what do you plan to do? Clearly I see that you don't seem confident of winning and if I were you, I certainly wouldn't stop thinking of some idea that would save me from that miserable fate" Looking at the depressed Rias, Saya asked with interest.
Saya knew from the beginning that this conversation must have an ulterior motive behind it and that motive has something to do with this marriage.
After all, she is nothing more than an acquaintance of Rias and no one in their right mind wastes their time with such an important problem breathing down their neck, much less with a random stranger.
Not to mention that the previous experience was totally tense and dangerous for Rias, causing no one in their right mind to want to go back unless forced to.
Staring at Saya silently for a few seconds, Rias bit her lips and sat down, then looked at Saya seriously and replied "I would like to trade."
Raising her eyebrows, Saya replied "Sure, but what are you interested in? I doubt furs are your thing and you don't seem to need more familiars from the forest."
Nodding, Rias inhaled deeply and sighed "I want to form a contract with Amarok."
"..."
"..."
Blinking in a daze, Saya asked in disbelief "What?"
"I want to form a family contract with Amarok" Turning her gaze towards Fenrir, Rias continued "I know it might be offensive, but please hear me out first"
"For starters, I know you guys don't seem to be able to go to the human world" Turning her gaze again to Saya, Rias continued "If Amarok manages to form a contract with me, he will be able to visit whenever he wants as long as I summon him, and to clarify, you guys can't use our magic circles since you are not demons and have no demon magic"
"But for you to understand a little more what I am asking, let me explain to you the precise details of a familiar ritual" Breathing deeply to suppress her anxiety, Rias continued "To begin with, I cannot force him to anything, maybe if he were weaker if I could force him to come to me, but since he is stronger, I don't have that right."
"A summoning ritual has no restrictions on the familiar and although I don't like to say this, there are several familiars that killed the person they had a contract with, so Amarok won't have to do anything he doesn't want to and I can assure you of that."
"Next is the ritual itself... the gist of using the summoning ritual, is that we form a magic circle in Amarok and another in me, making the two of us serve as bridges to teleport whenever we want, even if the barrier of this dimension stands."

"It is my understanding that a contract can be forced" Listening to all of Rias' explanation, Saya commented with a frown.
"It is possible and you can certainly even enslave the familiar, but believe me, even if I had the strength to do it, I swear on the honor of the Gremory family and on my own name, I would never do that" Holding her hand to her chest, Rias bit her lips and continued "I just need your help with the Rating Game... after that I swear to fulfill any request you have as long as it doesn't affect my family or my nobility."
"..." Looking at the nervous Rias in silence for a few seconds, Saya sighed and shook her head "I'm sorry, but-"
"I will."
But when Saya was ready to refuse no matter what they offered, Fenrir suddenly turned his gaze to Saya and continued "That contract... I accept it"
"W-what?" Opening her eyes a little wider, Saya asked in disbelief.
"Fen-.... Amarok, you know you don't need to" Frowning slightly at such an unexpected answer, Yuriko commented.
Right now Fenrir's entire pack watched him with surprise and confusion.
After Fenrir said many times that he hated the "human jungle", and it must be taken into account that Fenrir knew a devastated city with almost no humans.
They can't even imagine how much Fenrir would hate a city full of humans everywhere.
"But Amarok... you don't like the human world... why do you accept?" frowning her little frown, Shizuka asked.
"..." Looking at Shizuka for a few seconds, Fenrir snorted and closed his eyes as he commented "I don't like it, but you do, besides... I want to eat cookies and toast."

Staring at Fenrir for a few seconds, the pack turn and look at each other, not quite believing what they just heard.
But after a few seconds, Yuriko smiles softly and nods "We certainly need cookies, we haven't eaten them for months now."
Gaining a glimmer of hope in her eyes, Rias spoke quickly "I'll give you all the cookies you want!"
Smiling while shaking her head, Saya turned to Rias and commented "Since he spoke, your deal will be accepted, but... we have some problems."
"May I know what they are? I'll do whatever it takes to solve them."
"For starters... Amarok doesn't enjoy being around a lot of people... he also doesn't like having his personal space invaded... he doesn't like being stared at just like he doesn't like being threatened by anyone..." Rubbing her forehead, Saya smiled bitterly and continued "He doesn't like vehicles... he attacks anything he doesn't know and finds threatening... there are really a lot more things that bother him and believe me when I tell you that no one would want to see him upset."
"I promise to make sure I avoid upsetting him" Nodding quickly, Rias continued "Although it would be good to know every single thing that bothers him...to avoid making a mistake"
"Even I don't quite know" Laughing, Saya continued "Just avoid having him around a lot of people and maybe men... not just any men obviously, but men he considers alphas or dangerous... he won't hesitate to attack them"
"Understood..." Holding her hand to her chin, Rias nodded, then stood up and slowly approached Fenrir.
Looking at the wolf for a few seconds, Rias bowed slightly and spoke with gratitude "I appreciate you accepting, I promise you won't regret it."
Opening one eye, Fenrir watched Rias for a few seconds and closed it again as he asks "Raiser... he really doesn't die?"
"He's not completely immortal, but it's very difficult to succeed in killing him."
Turning his gaze towards Shizuka, Fenrir muttered "If he were immortal... wouldn't it be the same as having infinite food?"
"..."
"Hahaha!" assimilating Fenrir's innocent question, Yuuki beside her laughed loudly, while even Rias let out a small laugh and commented "Every part of his body that is cut off regenerates again instantly."
"So if it's infinite food..."
Smiling brightly and finally managing to see a hope to the forced marriage, Rias nervously swallowed saliva and asked "Shall we initiate the contract?"
"Mn."
"Fine" Inhaling deeply, Rias spoke earnestly as a large crimson magic circle formed beneath Fenrir "In the name of Rias Gremory, I take you as my familiar."
With a strong glow, the magic circle disappeared as Rias' smile genuinely blossomed for the first time since he entered this forest.
"Thank you very much Amarok-san" Bowing again, Rias thanked with obvious joy.
"Fenrir."
"What?"
"My name is Fenrir."
"*Sigh*" Bringing her hand to her forehead, Saya shook her head knowing that Fenrir finally reached his limit by bearing a false name.
"F-fenrir?" stuttering, Rias swallowed hard and asked "F-fenrir son of Loki?"
"I don't know any Loki.... I don't have any parents either."
"Rias" Approaching Rias, Saya grabbed her shoulder and smiled stiffly "I know what you think but he's not who you think he is, I'll talk to you about that later."
"..." Looking at Saya for a few seconds, Rias nodded in confusion and let Saya lead him away.
Being alone again, Shizuka turned to Fenrir and asked "Why did you accept? You know we can't go with you."
"To open another one of those holes you call portal, I need to have been to that place before" Raising his claw, Fenrir continued "Saya explained to me that I can imagine the area and simply tear through space, but I can't imagine a functional human civilization... and even if I can, I can't assure you that we will reach a safe planet... on the other hand if I visit that planet with her, it won't be a problem to open a portal for you to pass through".
Raising her eyebrows, Shizuka chuckled softly and transformed into her human form, then quickly covered her body with Fenrir's paw and settled into her fur with a soft smile "You've become quite talkative."
"I'm slowly understanding the language..." Completely covering Shizuka's exposed parts with his tail, Fenrir continued "Does it bother you?"
"I love being able to communicate with you" Having only her head exposed, Shizuka continued "But you know what I would love more?"
"I don't know..."
"To be able to go on a date with you" Smiling warmly, Shizuka continued "Would you like that?"
"A date?"
"Mmmm..." Pursing her full lips, Shizuka sighed "A date is when two people who are attracted to each other go out together to have a good time... you can do anything as long as the person accompanying you is someone you like or are attracted to."
"Oh..." Nodding, Fenrir murmured "But we've been on a lot of dates already... haven't we?"
"You could say yes, but I'd still like to go on a human-style date" Blinking with a twinkle in her eyes, Shizuka continued "Hold hands and walk together, go shopping for clothes, buy ice cream, go out to eat, go to movies and all that."
"A human date..." Muttering while rather uncomfortably imagining himself surrounded by humans, Fenrir looked at Shizuka's bright eyes and lowered his gaze "Well..."
"Hehe, thank you~" Kissing Fenrir's paw, Shizuka happily replied, then turned around and settled down to rest.
[A/N: I can already sense the concerns of many so I will make this clear. Fenrir will not be part of anyone's nobility nor much less serve as a pet to Rias, today's situation is more than anything else to form a portal in the human world and at the same time it will serve the pack to form connections]
