Attempt

"Oh..." Turning his gaze to the pale young man behind Rias, Fenrir stares directly into his eyes for a few seconds, but seeing how he quickly dodges his gaze, Fenrir snorts and looks sideways "Now what?"

"Only one person left to finish" Recovering her smile, Rias turns to a petite young blonde girl and raises her eyebrows "You give up?"

"Y-you...!" Looking at Rias with a face red with embarrassment, the young girl looked all around and shouted in annoyance "I give up!"

"So she managed to form a contract with that man..."

While Rias felt like he just climbed up to heaven from hell, two dark-haired women stared at the main screen.

"Was it that big when we saw it?" frowning slightly, Tsubaki asked.

"It's not uncommon for various beasts to have the power of gigantism, I guess he can control his size at will" Looking at Rias' big smile, Sona smiled softly and murmured inaudibly "She finally made it out of that fate of her... I'm glad."

Approaching the microphone in front of her, Sona exclaimed "The winner of the Rating Game is Rias Gremory!"

"*Sigh* I really didn't expect to say that" Leaning back in her seat, Sona turned back and looked at the beautiful silver-haired woman at her back "I guess you didn't either, Grayfia-sama."

Staring at the screen for a few seconds, Grayfia turned to Sona with a stoic face and asked "Do you know anything about young Rias' new familiar?"

"I really just found out" Smiling slightly, Sona continued "But isn't it amazing? Rias just got out of the marriage"

"..." Staring at the screen for a few seconds, Grayfia replied as she raised her hand "It's good to see you again Miss Sona, I'll take my leave for now."

Shaking her head as she watched the woman disappear, Sona turned to Tsubaki and commented "Let's take out the barrier-"

"I don't accept this result!" Suddenly entering the room, Raiser looked at Sona with a face red with fury and continued "Rias cheated!"

Raising her eyebrows, Sona watched him for a few seconds and replied "May I know what proof you have? Because we didn't detect any cheating in this game."

"Isn't it obvious!?" Pointing towards the camera focusing on Fenrir, Raiser replied "That damn beast made her win the game!"

"And what's wrong with that?" Losing her smile, Sona looked at Raiser coldly and continued "Everyone knows that unless it is discussed in advance, the rating game does not prohibit the participation of family beasts that have formed a contract, are you planning to say that all Rating games are wrong?"

"Brother!" Quickly covering the furious young man's mouth, the small blonde girl looked at Sona with her face flushed with embarrassment and bowed her head slightly "Sorry for the trouble, the game was won correctly, see you later."

Looking at the magic circle that enveloped Raiser, Sona smiled as she watched them disappear and turned to Tsubaki "What do you think?"

"The girl is smart, much smarter than her brother."

"Yeah, she saved his life... who knew Raiser would have the guts to say that the rules of the Rating game are wrong? If the devils saw this, they'd drown him in spit."

"Mn" Lowering the barrier of the area, all the shattering from the combat and the mysterious energy that enveloped the air disappeared completely.

"Let's go" Getting up, Sona stretches her body and walks out of the control room, then walks through the lonely corridors to reach Rias.

"Is it over?" Looking around seeing that the ceiling where he was standing no longer exists, Fenrir asked.

"Yes, thank you very much" Nodding quickly, Rias turns to Sona and asks "How is my nobility?"

"Everyone is fine, just exhausted" Smiling faintly, Sona approached Rias and hugged her gently "Congratulations"

"Thank you" Smiling brightly, Rias replied.

"Bored" Giving a small jump, Fenrir glowered for a second and returned to his human form, causing the entire group to stare at him as a blush spread across their faces.

"*Cough* C-could you get dressed?" adjusting her glasses, Sona coughed uncomfortably and stammered.

"Mn?" Lowering his gaze, Fenrir observed her body for a few seconds and replied "But it's more comfortable this way... why should I dress?"

"B-because it's immoral to be naked in front of other people!" Covering her eyes while losing her cool, Tsubaki exclaimed.

"Yes?" Staring at Tsubaki for a few seconds, Fenrir turns to Rias and notices especially the two large breasts exposed thanks to the tearing of the clothes due to the fight "Immoral..."

"W-what?" Following Fenrir's gaze, Rias stares at her breasts for a few seconds in a daze, then quickly covers herself as the blush on her face silently grew.

Scratching his neck, Fenrir looked sideways and muttered, not caring in the least about the stares on his body "This is the human world?"

"Yes, do you like it?" glancing sideways, Sona asked.

"*Sniff*" Sniffing the area, Fenrir instantly wrinkled his nose in disgust as he replied obviously disgusted "The air smells foul and the scent of many men surround the area... the human world is horrible."

"Not that the forest of familiars smells any better..." Looking at Fenrir, Tsubaki muttered to herself.

"You don't understand" Shaking his head as he heard the murmur perfectly, Fenrir continued "Maybe you don't notice a difference, but it's because your sense of smell is very.... weak... the air of the forest is pure and pleasant... but the human air is murky and toxic... the scent of every being is mixed in this area and makes everything even worse."

"If you like, I invite you towards our club, few people entered that area" Smiling slightly, Rias commented, and then looked at Fenrir's crotch out of the corner of her eye and murmured with a blush on her face "I- I can get you some clothes".

"Mmm" Lowering his gaze, Fenrir observed his body for a few seconds and nodded "Good."

Looking at the giant cookie the size of the size of his hand in front of him, Fenrir's eyes glowed for a few seconds and looked up at the smiling and healthy Akeno.

After a time of rest and a long shower, all the members of the Rias nobility recovered completely and obviously having such an important guest, they stayed overtime at the club to accompany their president.

The atmosphere in the air was much more relaxed than the one shown in the forest, and the fact that Fenrir didn't look at Issei as if he wanted to tear him apart, certainly helped to lighten everything.

But best of all for the bored wolf, the club certainly had a lot less smells, and that certainly calmed him down.

But if that wasn't enough, as soon as he sat down he was served a cookie he had never seen before and Fenrir must admit, it certainly looks tasty.

If people saw Fenrir so tempted by a cookie, it would not be strange that they would label him as stupid or childish.

But only Fenrir and his pack know that for him, this is truly heavenly.

After spending a lifetime eating only leaves, bark and meat, causing him to taste something with such a sweet and pleasant flavor is a true blessing, even more so considering that his palate even managed to accept eating rotten meat as if it were nothing.

Taking the large cookie in both hands, Fenrir looked up at the smiling Akeno and murmured "You're a nice human".

"I'm human?" raising her eyebrows with interest, Akeno asked.

"You live with humans, act like a human, think like a human and smell like a human... what could you be if you're not a human?" Bringing the cookie to his mouth as he mumura, Fenrir took a small bite and closed his eyes, feeling little chocolate chips inside.

But while Fenrir was eating placidly, from one second to another he turned his gaze to feel a sharp look in his eyes, finding the white-haired girl staring at him, and although Fenrir could sense a bit of fear in her, he could also perceive a bit of anger in that look.

Following the young girl's gaze, Fenrir looked down at his cookie and frowned slightly, then looked at Koneko with a hesitant expression for a few seconds and murmured rather reluctantly "Want some?"

Blinking for a few seconds, Koneko quickly turned her gaze with a stoic face, causing Fenrir to frown again and think 'Shizuka and Yuriko told me to try to make friends... but they won't accept my cookie...'

Noticing the small interaction, Akeno sat down next to Rias and watched the scene with interest, feeling that it really is quite a spectacle to see this wild man wearing nothing but a bathrobe trying to converse with the ever elusive Koneko.

Although there were more than 8 people in the room, the atmosphere was quiet but not at all uncomfortable, something that surprised quite a lot those who had seen Fenrir being aggressive in his cave.

Literally when they saw him for the first time, they really felt a certain pressure that chilled their backs, but today it seems that all that sensation disappeared and instead they see a calm man with an apparently peaceful temperament.

Thinking deeply and racking his brain in order to achieve what they call friendship, Fenrir looked at Koneko for a few seconds and murmured "I like your ears... they look as soft as Shizuka's."

Opening her eyes a little wider, Rias swallowed saliva and looked directly at Koneko, knowing perfectly well that one of the most guarded secrets and one of the weakest points of her precious nobility had just been revealed.

Trembling slightly at those words, Koneko looked cautiously at Fenrir instantly as the discomfort on her face was obvious.

Noticing the obvious discomfort, Fenrir frowned again and scratched his neck in confusion.

Fenrir really doesn't know why what he does doesn't work.

He learned from his pack that sharing and giving compliments helps to relate to others.

He tried his best to find something in Koneko that he thinks is nice and told her so by trying to give a compliment.

He tried to share his cookie with the young girl even though he obviously didn't want to.

Our wolf really tried hard in this little awkward interaction.

But it all went apparently wrong, and although there are many more people to try to talk to in this room, Koneko is the only one with whom Fenrir feels slightly more comfortable.

After all this young girl has the least human scent on her and Fenrir had no trouble detecting the bestial odor coming from her.

"Shizuka said it was easy..." Muttering to himself, Fenrir lowered his gaze and calmly ate his cookie, not feeling the least bit depressed due to his failed attempts.

Looking at the nervous Rias, the confused Fenrir and the annoyed Koneko, Sona smiled slightly and asked towards Fenrir "How do you know about her ears?"

Turning his gaze to Sona, Fenrir tilted his head and replied "I don't understand your question."

"Koneko has them hidden."

"Hidden?" Frowning slightly, Fenrir turned to Koneko and observed the furry ears on top of her head "She doesn't have them hidden... they are white and big"

Raising her eyebrows, Sona asked "You only see that?"

"He also has a tail... although her tail is quite thin...I think he should eat more"

"I see" Nodding, Sona looked at Koneko for a few seconds and rubbed her chin while muttering inaudibly "Concealment magic doesn't work against it..."

"Concealment magic?" Hearing the murmur perfectly, Fenrir muttered.

"It's a magic that can hide anything, be it a house, a territory, and even your own body... though it all depends on how strong you are... it can be said that the magic Koneko has right now to hide her features is among the best... after all it was made by my brother" Understanding the oddity of the situation, Rias replied, looking at the uncomfortable Koneko with some concern.

"Hiding..." Nodding with understanding, Fenrir murmured, then taking a bite of his cookie and muttering "Sounds useful."
