25 Chapter 25 [3 Choices]
「How can we help her then?」
「We have three choices. Wait 'till she recovers her mana that will take 2 weeks at most, Find the Fitzwalter Flower or Do the method Mana Transfer」[Fiona]
Fiona loves to read books about medicinal flowers and herbs. Her mother is an alchemist and since she was young she would often see her mother brew potions that can cure wounds, scratches, bruises, or even a pill that can cure diseases. So, she too wanted to learn about medicinal flowers and herbs.
「Fitzwalter flower?」Akane, Koharu, and Mayumi ask in unison. Even Akane who has a decent knowledge never heard of such a flower!
「Fitzwalter Flower is a flower that has rich magical energy. It can cure mana deficiency and other sicknesses'. It is also known as "All Cure" but getting this flower isn't easy. If I remember correctly, this flower grows into Frosty Mountain」[Fiona]
「But... Isnt Frosty Mountain」[Mayumi]
「Yes, Frosty Mountain just like its name suggests is a snowy mountain. It is different from Adarlan because Frosty Mountain always is in a state of blizzard making it harder to obtain the flower. Adventures never try to venture that land. Some fools tried but they never survive because of the cold and the blizzard. It will also have an unexpected avalanche from time to time」[Akane]
「Yes and it will also not guarantee that we can find it due to the thick snow and mist」[Fiona]
The girls had grim faces as the cure is so hard to obtain and has too many risks. We can just wait for Fumiko to recover which will most likely take 2 weeks but that would mean that she will miss classes for a week. Fumiko won't want that and at that moment, I recall Fiona's words.
「Fiona, Didn't you say something about the Mana Transfering Method?」[Koharu]
「Yeah, there is such a method but the book didn't explain anything else more than that and that Elven Race is the only race that knows Mana Transfer. Humans didn't usually use that method because of our limited Mana Capacity and avoid Mana Deficiency as much as possible」[Fiona]
I could only nod my head at Fiona's explanation. Due to the human race limited and low Mana Capacity, no idiots would want to transfer or sacrifice their mana for someone. That would only mean taking the place of someone who has the Mana Deficiency. On the contrary, Elves has a natural large mana capacity and can even use an Item Box.

「Is there no Mana Recovery Potion? Or something like that」I ask them and they look at me as if I grow three heads.
「Ive heard of a Health Potion but never a mana potion」[Fiona]
「I see, so the only way is to find an Elf and ask to teach us, huh?」 I mutter under my breathe
Elves can easily perform Mana Transfer but the question is how to do Mana Transfer? That question remains unanswered. Do we need to find an Elf and ask them that? Yes, but where do we find the Elven Race?
The Elven is a race who does not like to interact with other races so much and it is said that their kingdom was usually in the forest, surrounded by nature. The world of Arcadia has many Kingdoms. There is 4 continent in the world of Arcadia. The South, North, East, and West Continent.
In the South was a 3 human Kingdom, 1 Elven Kingdom, and 2 beastkin Kingdom. The Astaeseon Kingdom along with Natasha and Innogen Kingdom is located in the South Continent in Arcadia.
In the North were 2 Dwarven Kingdoms, 3 Elven Kingdom, and 1 Angel Kingdom.
In the East was the 1 Dragon Empire, 2 Vampire Kingdom, and 3 Demon Kingdom
In the west was 5 Beastkin Kingdom with different races. It was divided into 5 categories. The Fox Realm, Kitty Kingdom, Wolf Kingdom, the Hybrid Kingdom, and the Lion Kingdom.
It was a known fact that the Elven race is a race that wants peace and avoids interacting with another race. In the South Continent where we currently live, there is only one Elven Kingdom that can help us. The Dionyza Kingdom who resided at the Forest called Laertes.
「How far is this forest called Laertes Forest?」
I ask them when they summarize to me about the world's continents and kingdoms.
「It should only take 3 days from here if we go by carriage. The Dionyza Kingdom is our neighboring country after all」[Akane]
「Then, should we go now?」[Koharu]
「Eh?」
Fiona, Akane, and Mayumi look at me dumbfounded like I'd something ridiculous. I tilted my head in response and ask them with a confused tone.
「What?」
Instead of getting an answer though. They raise their voice all at once causing me to yelp in surprise.
「Ehhhhhhh?!!!」
「Are you serious!?」[Mayumi]
「Yes, but...」[Koharu]
「But...」
The three of them followed my words when I trailed off. It's kinda funny seeing them like this and I let out a soft chuckle.
「I cant take you all with me. There should be someone who will stay here and takes care of Fumiko」
They look at each other for a second and when they were about to answer me. I interrupted them by saying...
「Ohh! I will only take one of you to finish this faster」
The girls started to talk among themselves but they couldn't reach an agreement. The three girls want to accompany me and help me visit and ask the Kingdom of Elves. In the end, they couldn't reach an agreement so I suggest to them that they should just 'draw'
Akane wins and gains the right to accompany me. Fiona was fine with the result because she also want to take care of Fumiko. However, Mayumi is sulking at the corner, dissatisfied about the outcome of the 'draw'
After deciding who will go with me, we immediately prepare to depart. The reason why I decided to take only one of them is that I plan to run. I am faster than the horse so I think it will only take a day and a half if I run.
Of course, I won't tell them my plan.
Before we depart though. I have to do something about the frown on Mayumi's face. It bothered me to be honest.
I approach Mayumi who has a frown on her face when she was alone. Akane and I will depart later, after lunch to be precise. So, I have time. We are in a training field, Mayumi was releasing her frustration by doing archery. Mayumi improved quite a lot since I thought her archery. She is now hitting the target one after another with great accuracy.
I approach her and ask her to sit with me for a while. She agreed but the frown and the gloomy air are still there.
「Are you upset?」
「Im not」
She answer but her tone was childish, it feels like it comes from a child who is sulking because her parents wouldn't buy her a toy.
「You are」
「Am not」
「You are」
「Am NOTT!!」
She retorted. I giggle at her and pull her into a hug.
「Then, why did you have that frown on your face?」
「...」
She remains silent and she leans her head on my shoulder.
「How about this, lets have a deal?」
「...」
Mayumi didn't answer but she was intrigued. Koharu saw the slight change in her mood and continue.
「Once I came back and cure Fumiko. I will reward you. In exchange, help Fiona take care of Fumiko」
Mayumi's ears perked up at the mention of reward. She asks Koharu curiously.
「Reward? What Reward?」
Koharu just shrugged. She doesn't have any idea how to reward the girl so she just said...
「I don't know, you decide. You can ask anything from me」
「Anything?」
「Anything」
Mayumi gave Koharu a bright smile and Mayumi was back to her original self. Bright and Cheerful.
「Leave it to me! I'll be sure to take care of Fumiko until you came back!!」
Mayumi said in a cheerful and somewhat smug tone. She is also doing a proud pose. She puffed her non-existent bre— Ehem. I mean, Mayumi puffed her chest and put her fist in front of her breast.
「Then, I'll count you」
「Hmmnnn, you can count on me!!」She said, Koharu and Mayumi talk for while until Fiona came to get them to eat lunch.
The lunch went by peacefully and it was time for me and Akane to depart to learn the method 'Mana Transfer'. Fiona and Mayumi accompany us until the adventurer's academy school gates.
「Haruuuu!!! Akane!! Be careful!!」
「Take care!! Don't overdo yourselves!」
Mayumi and Fiona's reminders resounded as the figure of the two teen girls departed from the North High Adventures Academy.
