1 Let the Game Begin

The World began to change as the gods from other world made a tower with many doorways around the world. these towers are called Dark Tower. In those towers there are doorways where the monster appeared one by one from the doorways as they begin to bring chaos in many city and slaughter many lives as the war began.

The human race were lucky that the gods of the world began to appear and give those talented people a superpowers so that they can fight back against the monster, these people are called "Player," since everyone knew the world is like a game now. The government begins to give a system screen made by them to the players so they can see their abilities, skills titles and classes. Some Players are gifted with legendary class by a gods as they pick a people who can be talented and clearer all Dark Towers that appear everywhere around the world.

The goal of the leaders and the governments of the world are to recruit more people that can be a talented player someday and somehow once and for all end the this chaos. Only few players has cleared a Dark Tower and these players are Top Players who has a ancient and legendary class. Everyone now thinks that the world has change and called it a game now. They began name it and called it "Game System of Fantasy" As many people became homeless and starve cause the city that they live are now destroyed by the monsters and the government hasn't made any response to it yet.

The world's situation is getting worse after more Dark Towers appeared around the world and many city has left in ruin as the battle get tougher, Few Players has been cleared a low level dark tower as those players were regarding as a Top Player but they can't handle a high class dark tower. Only 10 players has cleared a high level dark tower and all of them are called "Legendary Players" as the many famous guild invited the 10 Top Players as they offer them big money exchange for protection and will be fighting for the guild for profits.

5 of the Legendary Players accepted the offer from the guilds that were recruiting them and 5 of the Legendary Players decided to work to the government and leaders of the world. Now that the world has turn to a do or die game as survival get tougher.

Paul Wolfe, A 21 years old man that lives in a city called Talish City. However, A Dark Tower appeared and monsters invade the city After the battle, The City has become ruin after a long battle of the people who have powers against the monsters. After the monsters has destroyed the city and left in ruin. Paul and his younger sister, Shirley Wolfe, fled to another city to start over. It's been 10 days after they reach the location of the another city called Flexible City, they start to lived in peaceful and they try to forget what happen in the city even though it's tough to forget what they're been through.

2 years later, Paul and his sister lives in a apartment in the Flexible City peacefully as Paul has been working in a company that recruiting Players. Paul doesn't care if his salary is low as long his sister and him have a peaceful life and hope to avoid danger. He found a job in the city even though the company is on short on money and he has low salary, he still work there as he had no choice since it's hard to find a job cause by the war.

His younger's job is to doing chores and she always cooking for their meals and she study as she was enroll in the school in Flexible City her last previous school was destroyed with city where they previously live. She always greet his brother when he going home. But unexpected thing happen will occur in their peaceful life.

After Paul goes back at his apartment after his work and go in his room, A System appeared at him, as he was surprised that a system that only heroes and people that are called Players, since some believe that this is a game made by the gods and other world appeared at him. The system is what heroes and players use to check their all their class, title, stats and abilities. Paul became curious and check it but he find it strange that he has a system that only those who have powers. As he open it and see what's inside it.

"So this is the system that everyone so called player use...it's truly what's the people says... It's the same in the games."

As Paul checking, he was surprised that he got a class that he never heard before.

"Wait!, I never heard this class before, Tactician Mage?? I will not be surprised if it's mage class but Why there's a tactician in it?!"

Paul became confused that he is a mage but a tactician. He's surprise that he doesn't have any magic skills even though he is a mage and what surprise him even more is that his abilities's numbers are all 1 except for his intelligence which is level 10.

"It's normal that my abilities are all 1 since I'm still level 1 but why my intelligence is 10?..."

As he became confused and surprise at the same time that his intelligence is so high even though he's only level 1, After checking his system, he's confuse that how he got the system and how will he explaine it to his sister since if his sister find out about it she's freak out. He decided to ignore the system and continue his normal life as he think that it will affect his peaceful life with his sister.

"I'll just ignore this system since this can affect and influence my peaceful life with my sister and I don't want to go back on what happen in our last home.."

As Paul is afraid that it's will cycle what they went through in their old home. As he hide the system and never look at it again. He and his sister continue their normal. His sister adolize one of the top player in the world that save a city and cleared a High Class Dark Tower after she saw that player on the TV on how cool is the player, As she dream of being player and save many people.

"Brother, I want to be player and save people, In our school, they have been training students who will become a player, I want to apply there."

His teen sister, Shirley, who is a 16 years old wants to be a apply in her school to be a Player. Paul become worry about his sister wanting to be a Player.

"You know... Being a Player is tougher than you think..You might think that a person who become a player is happy now..that's where you're wrong..."

"Like us they suffered too, their companions died and most of their family died that's why they become a player while some players do their work for money and don't care about us. That's how life of being player now, it's like the strong control the game and the weak obey the strong."

Paul explain how a player's life even though he has no experience being a player as he don't want his sister to be danger as he promised to his parents that he will take care his sister and never want for her to experience what happen when they are in their previous home.

"I know that you want to save people and become a player but you have a bright future and I don't want to experience what happen last time when we are at our home..I hope you understand..."

His sister understood what Paul was saying, As she also don't want to experience it again, She apologized to him for saying that she wants to be player.

"I'm sorry, Big Bro," As he accepted the apology and understood her feeling disappointed.

"What about this.. I'll allowed you to apply as player in your school but... I'll only allow you on tournaments like Player vs Player and I don't want you to fight real monster..Ok?"

"Thanks, Big Bro," As she smile that she can apply to be a player but a little disappointed that she can't fight monsters and save people.

"Now it's time to sleep since it's midnight now, go to sleep now in your room."

"Got it, Big Bro."

As they both go in their own room. Paul check his system again and thought about being a player, He think that if he become a Strong Player that can protect his sister when another chaos attack.

"I guess being a Player might not be bad...but how can I be a player if I don't have a magic skill that can attack and I still confuse on my class since It's not mage but a tactician mage, I mean that these two are have a same name and only the tactician is different."

Paul close his system and decided to think about it on another day, he close his eyes and fell sleep. Morning comes and he's preparing to go in his job.

"See you later, Shirley," As he goodbye in his sister and go in his job in a hurry. After working for few hours on his office, His boss called him and meet at his office as something that he doesn't realize will happen.

"Paul..from this forward..you're fired." He was shocked at what his boss said to him as he was not expecting to be fired.

"Wh-Why am I fired?! I did not do anything wrong that will get me fired." He was shocked that he got fired for no reason. His boss explain to him why he has to fired him and how tough his decision.

"It's not your fault that you're fired, it's just that this company will closed cause no players wants to apply here anymore and soon we are now going on bankruptcy that's why...I'm really sorry, Paul.."

"I understand...I'm gonna leave now.."

After that he pack his stuff and go home as he doesn't know how to explain to his sister that he lost his job as he's now worried on how can he get job cause of how hard now to find a job since the world now at chaos. As he think how many people became homeless and lose their jobs. He think the worse scenerio is that the rumors by people that it's won't be long before the city being attack by monsters, he guess that it's the reason that's why it's the company he is been working has closed.

"I guess this rumors from the people that this city will be turn into chaos and somehow a dark tower will appear.. I guess I should leave the city with my sister before the attack.."

Paul didn't realize that chaos was about to start. After He decided to take a train since it's will be quick as he walk in a nearest train station in the city then the ground began shake then stop in a minute that's then thepeople realize the slowly appeared of a Dark Tower. Inside the dark tower, the doorways of other dimension began to open. They saw a monster appeared at the doorway and crawl at them. That monster is small and green, everyone stare at that thing with a scared face as that green thing is confused and stared at one of them then began to attack that person with a little broken knife.

Everyone were shocked and run as they can as many more appeared at the tower begans to slaughter and turn into chaos that moment when they realize that the green thing that appeared inside tower was a goblin, one of the popular monsters that appearing at a dark towers. Everyone run and hide while Paul stunned and can't move as he was trying to make himself to stay calm as everyone getting slaughter by horde of goblins.

One of the goblins stared at him then began to run at him, Paul was terrified but even though he is still weak since he still a level 1 and has no skill that he can use to fight, He calmly fight the goblin that was running at him. When the goblin attack him, he had a hard time but he manage to dodge some of it's attack but the goblin manage cut on his face then he begin to use one of his skill "Eye of Tactician Mage" As his eyes begins to see the weakness of the goblin, the only way to kill a goblin is to cut it's head. He march on the goblin to scared it as the goblin was suprised then he use the that opportunity steal it's knife and after he successfully steal it, when the goblin is now unarmed, he use that opportunity to use all his strength to attack and slash it's head that he successfully did. He didn't realize that this will be the start of him to go on a path on being a player.

"Since I successfully killed a goblin..huh..know I know what I will do now....but first I have go now and get my sister as much as possible.. then bring her to safety."
