1 Chapter 1: The Bonfire

Disclaimer: I will only say this once, this story is not suitable for all ages. This story contains smoking, blood, gore, swearing, and others. "The Abandoned Warehouse" takes place in the 90s and in a time before. It's a two-in-one story, enjoy.

Jake, Melissa, Daniel, Vikki, Brandon, and Michelle went out in the middle of the woods in Fort Fairfield and made a bonfire. The weather wasn't too cold that night so the group wanted to hang out in the woods. It was your average bonfire with drinking, laughing, smoking. Some of them weren't just smoking your ordinary cigarettes but were smoking joints. Others were smoking weed in a soda can. After a while of hanging out at the bonfire, the group discussed what they were going to do for the rest of the night. "What do you guys wanna do next?" asked Jake

"I'm up for anything," replied Vikki

"I heard about this abandoned warehouse that's not too far from here. People say some fucked up shit happened." Jake said begging the group to go there.

"Oh, you mean that murder that happened in that warehouse 30 years ago?" asked Michelle disapprovingly.

" Come on! It will be fun." Said Jake.

" I don't think that's such a good idea . . ." Replied Melissa worriedly.

" I think it'll be fun! It's not like anything bad will happen." Jake said with reinsurance.

" We might as well go, but if anything happened it's on you, Jake." Replied Brandon.

"I agree with Brandon on this one," Vikki said while packing up.

" Ugh, fine. I'll go only to protect you, dumbasses!" Yelled Michelle

"Alrighty. Let's finish packing up," Said Jake

Once Jake said that everyone was packing things up. Melissa had a really bad feeling about all of this but decided to ignore it. Little did she know, that later tonight she would wish that she'd listened to that feeling when she had the chance.

"Guys, I don't think this is a good idea," Daniel said while putting out the fire.

"Don't be a wimp! Everything will turn out good." Jake said while nudging Daniel's shoulder.

"If you say so Jake," Said worried Daniel

After a while, everyone was packed up. The warehouse was about a couple of hours from where they were. For most of the hike, Jake was joking about what if something bad happens. That just freaked Daniel and Melissa out even more. The lesson is always to listen to your gut feeling, but Melissa and Daniel clearly did not. During the hike, Melissa and Daniel were just talking to each other, and Vikki and Michelle were sharing a beer. Brandon was trying to lighten the mood and telling Jake to shut up.

"What if we get attacked by some crazy ghosts-" Jake said laughing

"Oh shut up Jake, your commentary isn't helping," Brandon said cutting Jake off.

Vikki and Michelle giggled, Michelle almost choked on her beer.

"You go, Brandon!" Yelled Michelle clapping (clearly drunk and wobbling a bit.)

"Jeez, easy on the beer. You've had way too much." Said, Vikki taking the beer out of Michelle's hand.

"Give it back!" *hiccup* said, Michelle, trying to get the beer back but need up tripping and almost falling on her face. The rest of the group just laughed. Michelle got up and dusted her self off, she was a very happy drunk. All of the group except for Michelle mentally agreed to keep an eye on her, just in case. Michell kept hiccupping throughout the rest of the hike.

"Are we there yet?" Asked Michelle through laughter

"No, and stop laughing before you throw up!" Yelled Brandon

Michelle laughed at Brandon's comment.

"Michell, please stop laughing." Said Vikki sick of all the laughter and the hiccuping.

"Fine, your no fun!" Michell said while punching Vikki in the shoulder, she did stop laughing.

You might be asking 'Why aren't Daniel and Melissa talking?' The answer is, they are worried about what might happen there and for good reason. Things are about to get worse, don't worry we have a long while before that happens. I've seen this happen many times before, people just don't listen to their gut feeling and end up getting burned. Sometimes quite literally, the events that will take place soon will be a blast!

"Michelle, here," Vikki said while handing Michelle a water bottle

"Thanks," Michelle said opening the water bottle. Michelle was just sipping her water.

After a couple of minutes of talking, Michelle started to sober up. Michelle started to realize the Melissa and Daniel were acting . . . off. Michelle moved to the back where Melissa and Daniel were.

"You two okay? You guys have been acting off ever since we started hiking." Michelle said softly.

"Melissa and I are just worried about what might happen," Daniel said

"Yeah," Agreed Melissa.

"Okay, do you want me to try to convince the rest of the group to turn around?" Asked Michelle

"Yeah, it would be a great help." Said, Melissa

Michelle walked back to the front and tried to convince the group to turn around. Jake, Brandon kept saying it would be fine and that they wouldn't be there for long. Michelle was very irritated and Jake right now. 'I swear if something happens it's all Jake's fault.' Michell thought. Michell has the right idea, something will happen and it will be all Jake's fault. The question is, could his friends ever trust him again? I don't think so, they are putting a lot of faith into Jake right now. Michell walked back to the back again.

"Sorry guys I can't get them to listen, I tried my best," Michelle said while giving Melissa and Daniel a hug

"Oh, it's alright," Said Melissa

"Yeah," Daniel said agreeing

"Want Vikki and I to stay by you two?" Asked Michelle

"Sure, if it's not too much trouble." Said, Melissa

Michelle then walked over to Vikki and told her about the situation. Vikki brought Daniel and Melissa closer to the front so the group was closer together. Michelle and Vikki were staying close by Daniel and Melissa. Then they finally arrived at the abandoned warehouse.
