He chuckled. “Medicinal practices, of course. You are familiar with my line of herbal medicines, correct? Something I like to call Ravenrock Medicinal. I sell Nottingdrum from migraines. Certain hemps for arthritis. A plant called Conifer for the common cold. The Esmer seed helps with morning sickness. Redrood is the perfect aphrodisiac for men. A rare clover can be used for acne, poison ivy outbreaks, and common rashes. I carry other rare plants and herbs, of course. There’s a small shed behind this cottage, a private bazaar, or pharmacy, as you would call it. It’s where I work and some of my special customers visit.”
“Do you sell your items at shops in the area, or online?”
He shook his head. “Only by word of mouth. In truth, I’m a very old-fashioned gentleman and businessman. Certain people know of my medicines and find me.”
